“My order was to be delivered in 5 to 7 days...it's now 14 days and I still haven't received it. Very disappointed! Poor service, no communication. Will never shop here ever again!!”

We understand that this is unacceptable and that you are disappointed but the tracking has indicated that this was delivered and has been signed for at the address given we have not received any other emails about this so we were unaware. “Delivery timing was advertised as 2-3 days, it then took two week’s delivery. After emailing customer service I did get a phone call from a staff who had good customer service yet it still did not come until another week after this phone call. When I finally received my package the item was too small so I had to return it. When returning with most company’s it’s free but with Kilkenny Design it was €4.95. This was a good few days ago now yet I am still waiting on a refund! Overall I was not impressed with this company at all.”

“Lovely place to shop both in person and online. I especially love the Galway shop. Had a query about my online order and it was answered satisfactorily. Really loved my ambr glasses too when they came. Great selection of goods. Courier service that is used is also courteous”

“I personally love Kilkennys packing I think it would be great if they had a step by step tutorial on how to use your vip rewards and they gave you a free jewellery item with each purchase and if within 5 years you spent a hundred or more euro there you get a a free 1000 euro gift card and with each jewellery order you give a reusable jewellery box thing and candle”
