“User friendly site, great value, perfectly wrapped, arrived safely and quickly. I decided to place an additional order, used the phone number to leave a voicemail message to put the two orders together. No response and the orders arrived separately. The parcels would not fit in the An Post postbox which resulted in two trips for collection. A bit inconvenient however the products, Genesis & Orla Kiely are fabulous and I availed of an offer which was really good.”

“Ordered 2 cocktail shaker, arrived in good time but both were faulty - lids didn’t fit inside glass shaker. Website doesn’t state how to return, emailed customer service 3 times with no response. Called the number on the automated email and it says number is incorrect. Scam!”
