“Unfortunately I had to return a scarf as wool content was 'itchy' I do not have a computer or printer so had to return scarf myself. Had email conversation with Laura who was beyond helpful and patient. What a credit she is to your company.”

“Purchased a disc on chain and when delivered it didn't come in a box only in plastic bag. It was a present so it really didn't look good to give it to someone without a box. I think your website should state whether a box is included for jewellery.”
