“Tried to contact customer support to help with a tech issue I was experiencing on the website to make a large purchase and was offered no help at all - couldn't process purchase over phone, couldn't advise how to correct the issue on the website, couldn't hold the items in-store so I could come to purchase them in person. Ended up costing significantly more to purchase the items, which obviously serves company's interest but would definitely recommend against purchasing from them.”

“Beautiful gifts purchased for a relative in London and very grateful that I could easily get the gifts sent to the UK without the hassle of customs etc. Second time I have done this in the last year and both times it worked really smoothly. Thank you!”

“I placed an order on the 14th September and have not received it despite chasing a few times. I was initially told it had been shipped to America in error. Then I was told it had been dispatched. Today I have been told they are awaiting payment. Please refer to the email chain and you will see the sequence of events. I have now asked to cancel my order. Very disappointed as I really liked the coat but have no idea when or if it will ever arrive. Very poor customer service.”

“Happy with purchases but discount offered excludes certain brands, took a while to figure that out and once I got that discount free delivery (over €89) disappeared. Bit annoying as the website did not say either/or”

“I was on holiday from NZ when I visited the store in Ireland.Very helpful staff who saved me money but giving me the option of buying online when I was in the store which saved me so much postage. The beautiful blanket arrived home before I did. Thank you so much :-)”
