“I don't normally shop on-line. Laura in customer services was excellent 👌. However nothing to do with Laura I was informed in your shop in Dublin which love that because I live in the Canary Islands I can shop on line duty free. However that is not the case. I have been informed that I can only claim the tax back if I drop in the store using the horizon card. So in future I know to shop in your Dublin store and I can claim the tax back. So I will do that in future. A lot of my friends here in the Canary Islands were very disappointed To here this”

“No issues, ordered the goods and they arrived in 3-4 days. Only problem with An Post, if your not at home you have to go to their depot to collect.”

“I ordered a wool cape. It looks great, and I was lucky to find it at a 50% discount — such an amazing price for a 100% wool cape! The only issue is that the head opening feels a bit tight. It fits, but I wish the edge were elastic. The shipping was super fast!”
