“My order is stuck in Philadelphia at UPS office since September 10th. Kilkenny rep says there is nothing they can do that I have to contact my local UPS office - but I don’t have an office any besides I paid Kilkenny Shop for this order they have the relationship with carrier not me. I paid for this to be delivered to me - I feel like I’m on my own.”
