“Really bad customer service, I bought a bracelet for a Christmas present and when the bracelet arrived the clasp was completely snapped off so the bracelet could not of been worn, I sent an email about this with photos attached and I heard nothing, about a week later I rang the support team and told them what happened and that I had no reply from the email and the man on the phone said he would look into it and ring me back with a solution, a whole month later and I still have not heard anything back, really poor service and I will never be buying from them again.”

“One of the mugs I purchased was broken on arrival. The six mugs were wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in box, in no particular order. The packaging was inadequate and did not meet requirements.”
