“We visited the Kilkenny shop on sat 11/02/23. The shop is full of beautiful gifts of all sorts of different things. We looked at crystal glasses in there and meant to call back on our way out of the shopping centre Unfortunately, we forgot. So I ordered from shop site .”

“Beautiful crystal hand crafted in Ireland. Received my order much quicker than anticipated. All items were well-wrapped to ensure that they were not damaged during transit. Great on-line store. Will definitely purchase from again.”

“I could easily have rated Kilkenny Shop poorly due to the goods I ordered being damaged on receipt. However, the after-sales service was excellent, particularly the member of staff who handled my complaint C***s. For this reason, I have rated them 5 stars.”

“I was very happy with items I ordered, but because I live in England I was charged a few extra pounds for conversion to euros. And then I was charged by my bank for the same thing. Why do I have to pay twice for conversion from pounds to euros ????”
