“I went into Kilkenny Design in Cork today looking for a gift for my sons new house.I was met by a lovely lady who,without being in the least bit pushy,helped&advised me. As I have walking difficulties,my shopping time is limited.In no time at all, we chose a gift,she wrapped it beautifully and sent me on my way,happy with my purchase. This lady(think her name was Trish) was so knowlegeable&kind and I really appreciated it.Such a welcome change to experience genuine interest in a customers needs.THANK YOU!”
