“I ordered on two occasions. The first was a Robin tree decoration this eventually arrived. The packaging was filthy and in a poor state. Thankfully the ornament was not damaged. I rang on two occasions regarding when the parcel was expected to be delivered. I was told a date but the parcel did not arrive. I made a second call and was told the parcel was being delivered that day (19.12.24)..it did eventually arrive later on in the day in a poor condition. I made a second purchases from you,this arrived without any problem. I did send an email regarding the late arrival of my first item but did not get any response. Regards, Danica Charles”

“Ordering online was very quick and easy, no hitches. Even in the Christmas rush, my purchase arrived in record time. It was exactly what I ordered and care had been taken to package it carefully and yet not over top with excessive waste of packaging. The quality of the product is perfect, very impressive.”

“Very disappointed, one of the gifts we ordered well in advance as a Christmas gift was not delivered. It has now been delivered after I wrote to you but delivered in mid January when it was was a Christmas present was not good. Another present was delivered to the wrong address and took the parties to sort it out. Never got any delivery receipt for the 3rd gift. Very poor service.”
