“Purchased a disc on chain and when delivered it didn't come in a box only in plastic bag. It was a present so it really didn't look good to give it to someone without a box. I think your website should state whether a box is included for jewellery.”

“The jewellery was fantastic value but the presentation box for the necklace was a shambles someone had tried to repair it there was black sticky glue on the front and white tape with metal sticking out couldn’t close the box x”
