“I ordered a gift online.marked it as a gift and went gift note. Also emailed to request a gift receipt be included. My family member received the order with no receipt and no gift note. .luckily she guessed it was me that ordered the item for her !! Not a great experience.”

“HI, I recently bought an Orla Kiely watch from Kilkenny shop. It's a lovely little watch and at reduced price was good value too. As it had a very narrow strap I tried Kilkenny shop, Orla Kiely and Peershardy to buy a couple of spare straps for the future. All to no avail, as the watch is discontinued. Perhaps if you informed your customers that this was the case it would avoid disappointment.”

“My order no is 4000008672. All 13 items were cramped in one huge cardboard box that weighed a total of 14.5 kg, shipped from Ireland to Massachusetts, USA. Two of the order items that were on the bottom of the box were broken. Please see the pictures. I have never seen lousy packaging. There are no packing peanuts, foam wrap or bubble roll or shredded paper to protect the bottom of the box. For that matter, there was none of these packing materials in the box to protect the fragile items I ordered. It is surprising how the rest of the items survived the shipping and handling across the Atlantic. I want my money back for the items that were broken during S&H, as there is no point in shipping these broken pieces back to Ireland. I do not want to bear the return shipping charges, as the poor packaging is not my fault. I have written to info@kilkennygroup.com. Awaiting to hear back.”
