“Ordered a set of Orla Kiely mugs which arrived quickly to UK mainland & were well packed. I was able to track my order and was happy with the whole process, especially as the mugs were 1/2 price.”

“I ordered multiple items from the store. One item was the wrong one. The item was returned and the same incorrect item was sent out again, minus the gift box it came in the first time. After the first mistake, I had mentioned that the item was meant to be a gift, and I had described what the item looked like on the website photos to emphasize that I did not want the very different-looking product that I had received. Despite this, the same mistake was made twice. Apparently there was a mixup with the serial number on that product, but I wonder why the content of my complaint was not communicated effectively to the person doing the shipment. I received a refund in the end.”
