“Goods are promptly delivered, are well packaged and the company is accessible and easy to deal with. Also very obliging over the phone , compared with some large, well-known, non -Irish companies, who make it near impossible to get in touch with them if there is a problem. You can't beat the personal touch and Kilkenny design have this in spades.”

“I placed an order for twenty five items to the value of 655 euros and when I opened the boxes there were 7 items missing. There was no delivery docket or itemized list. I had purchased these for Prize Giving event. Had I not opened the boxes and checked prior to the event it would have been extremely embarrassing. I spent the next day trying to replace the order shortfall.”

“Firstly I sent a gift to someone and forgot to ask for a gift receipt as the price will be shown when sent. I reached out to ask could I get this done and simply got ignored with no reply. I ordered it over a month ago and it was returned to sender and all I got was a quick email asking if I wanted it resent or a refund, no context or nothing terrible service. My item still hasn't been delivered a month later. Alisha was very apologetic and helpful yet I'm getting a feedback survey before a reply. Whole delivery service is a joke”

“Terrific service. It can I suggest you make provision on your web page to allow a sender’s name especially if it’s for a gift. Also maybe a little card. I have sent a few gifts from you and the recipients had no idea who sent them. But that said love your site and will continue to use it.”

“Very speedy from order to delivery, about three days. Glasses packed with great care and lots of strong bubble wrap. No breakages thank goodness! Delighted with my first experience with Kilkenny Shop and aim to use them again in the future.”

“I am always very impressed with the quality of the goods which I buy from Kilkenny Shop and with the service I receive from your customer service. The only thing I have an issue with is the amount of packaging which is used. I think you need to source smaller boxes for smaller purchases. I received one diffuser refill in a box which was approx 2ft long x 1 ft deep x 1 ft wide. There's always way too much packaging. I know you want to prevent things from breaking, but it's truly overkill. Loving your products. Cathy.”

“I was disappointed with the packaging you used for the delivery of my purchases. The cardboard packaging for example on Disney children's socks was crushed. It is unacceptable to simply use a plastic bag to deliver such items. Also the delivery time was double that advertised”

“Incredibly slow delivery. I ordered something for a present for my mum' birthday and it said express 2 to 3 working days delivery which would have arrived on time. Instead it wasn't even dispatched until the 4th working day. I contacted customer service who got back 2 days later to say there was a back log and it has been dispatched now. This is not the first time dellivery has been very slow so I wouldn't order something I needed within a week again.”
