“Delighted with new packaging, but today's order didn't need any brown paper as order contained nothing breakable or fragile. Keep up good work on reduce, reuse, recycle. Less is more. Would like more free post offers. Nell Aherne”

Sometimes we use the brown paper to just stop items moving all around the box being delivered, but thank you so much for the positive feedback and i will make sure to pass it on to my team. “Although quick to respond i have been asked to pay for my order to be shipped back even though it was described as a comforter while others were listed as duvet I realize i will be refunded but so much easier for you to manage the shipping back -- it arrived with a box half open and water damaged as well.”
