“i recently placed an order with the kilkenny shop, it was delivered on time and very well packaged. i had to return my order as it didn't fit and the process was very straight forward and my refund was also sent to me in a very timely manner.”

“Website isn't great hard to find items without going through too many products. The repetitive pop up of whatever they are promoting is annoying & some of the features don't work properly. I did manage to buy items but 2 came really thick with dust & seemed like mould on one. They replaced them but one of the items they replaced with was as dirty & dusty as the first. They give you the option of sending straight to the gift recipient but I'm glad I didn't as there is no need for thick dust & mould looking coating on gifts. The shop itself has nice items but the website & where they store the products for shipping seems to be a problem.”
