“I am pleased with the product itself, as I have purchased it before from another source. However, I would like to mention my experience with the customer service at Kilkenny Design. After placing my order, I noticed that the shipping address was incomplete despite providing a full address. I called the customer service number provided in the email confirmation, but the representative was unhelpful instructing me to send an email instead. Despite sending an email requesting an update to my address, I did not receive any response. After more than a week had passed since my order was shipped, I visited the post office to inquire about my package. With the help of a post office employee, I was able to locate and retrieve my parcel. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be purchasing from Kilkenny Design again.”

“I always buy from Kilkenny online, put 2items in the bag. Had left my bag in my daughter’s car, bye the time I got it next day the 1 of the items were gone. Was disappointed. Thank you.”
