“I ordered crystal glasses shortly before Christmas which got lost in shipping. Customer Service at Kilkenny Design was very helpful at getting a replacement shipment sent. The Galway Erne aqua glasses themselves are one of the most lovely things I own and are a great match to my dinnerware. I can’t wait for the opportunity to set a full “fancy” table to show them off a bit. I couldn’t be more pleased with my entire experience.”

“I found the quality of my order very good as I expected. However your customer service department was poor. The bot timed out before answering my query, no one answered the phone, one email elicited a non answer and the next was ignored. My query was simple. AN Post tracking reported that my order hadn't been received, I just needed confirmation that it had been sent. I paid for express delivery to Europe as I wanted the goods before I went away. In the event they arrived in time but I had the worry that they wouldn't when better customer service could have put my mind at ease.”

“bought the cream Lennon Courtney swing coat in a size large after trying on a medium in the Kilkenny shop. The coat arrived in very crumbled condition and there were two light grey stains either side on the bottom of the coat. the sizing was also strange, the large having alot more material and it sat funny on relative to the medium size I have tried on in store. the return had to be paid for,l with An Post, however the refund was quick. I was very disappointed with the way the garment arrived, crumbled and creased, considering the €200 price tag. I was also surprised that the cost to buy it in store was €240, while it was €200 online”
