“My experience of shopping with the Kilkenny shop was very good. It was easy to shop on line and delivery was prompt. The jewellery was well presented with silk pouch and matching gift bag.”

“Wrong item delivered. Rang to report and explain item ordered was for 50th birthday present that Friday. Told to return incorrect item and original order would be with me by the Friday. Did not get item. Had to ring again the following week and order was filled after that. Very disappointed.”

“I contacted the Kilkenny Shop based in Cork City & received great advice & customer service about an Ogham script gift I wished to purchase - I have purchased a good number of these down through the years). I enquired about the likelihood of it being in store. I was advised to purchase it online - these products are very popular & mostly available online. I thanked her for her friendly advice & purchased on line. I received a delivery promptly & I was very happy with the service. Thank you kindly. Oh recipients of present love it too.”
