“Received a package so poorly packed I had a hard time believing it. 2/6 glass bottles full of scented oil entirely and predictably shattered in the package soiling a crystal picture frame that was also in the box. Went back and forth with customer service and was crystal clear on what was broken and very specifically asked for just replacements for what was soiled beyond the ability to gift and the 2 shattered bottles. Received only one bottle of oil refill - not the 2 I purchased and no replacement for the frame. This was the 2nd time I’d placed a big order with this company but will not ever again.”

“My only complaint is the level of packaging used for home delivery. It seems v excessive and isn't following suit of other Irish companies I ordered from where packaging is 100% recyclable. Huge box and amount of bubble wrap used for relatively small deliveries.”

“It was difficult for me to find a true size for the clothing. I could not find a measurement chart and had to guess for the culottes that I ordered. They were too big and the cost to return them was almost $32.00 (US). I asked for a replacement (size 10) - but I really don't know if you have received my return yet. I'm sure it's the international shipping from the US - that is the delay. I don't know which shipping method you use - but I think it must be much better than the method I used for returning. It would be great if you had a measurement chart for clothing and especially a method for returns that was easier and less expensive.”

“After spending slot of time browsing online for a gift for our son who is living in UK We decided to go with the Belleek 72 PCR cutlery set €200.00, order No (#110011221) At checkout your site clearly identified that the package was to be delivered to UK and I received a confirmation email confirming that it was free delivery, at no time was I advised that I would have to pay Customs and border taxes which came to a whopping £57.70 sterling, the equivalent to €67.39 , I am very disappointed and have refused to pay the above customs fees, I have advised by my solicitor that the package will be returned to you the sender and I will then expect a full refund. I will be very slow to recommend your online site and will certainly not be in a rush to purchase anything else from Kilkenny Design Very disappointed Customer James Crean 0858410496”
