“Fantastic online service very quick arriving the following day. I needed to change the jumper as it was a little big, rang the Galway store and they were extremely helpful, they ordered the jumper in from another store. Fantastic service from an Irish company….. well done!”

“Very pleased with everything I bought, thank you. The box could have been filled out a bit more filling for overseas shipping, it arrived very squashed (despite the "Fragile" stickers). Thankfully, nothing was broken”

“I ordered three Lemongrass sets. I received Lavender. I have phoned customer service three times and emailed. No return phone call. Email offering 50% discount. Please think carefully before ordering from Kilkenny. The customer service is appalling. The only assistance I was offered is that I will get a refund if I return the items to the warehouse. Never again.”

“Shopping, products and delivery good. No gift options available (especially gift messages) and admin follow up with order confirmation not great (addresses always confusing). Also , there do not appear to be any advantages linked to VIP status.”

“Wanted to purchase in store and went to your stillorgan outlet to be told that purchasing in store was more expensive! I was very disappointed at this poor customer service. I could have purchased additional items whist browsing in store. Pushing people online will reduce your high street presence and therefore your brand in time.”

“I would just recommend more information being provided about the delivery of the item. I think when I bought the "free as a bird" pendant via your UK website I was sent more emails about when to expect my item. I ended up emailing your customer services on day 7 and I think it was delivered that evening. I only comment on this because unfortunately all our deliveries get thrown a reception and it's quite a faff to find parcels.”
