“Lovely products and quality. Lots of variety. The postage is steep tho. Would deter a new order as its half the cost of the gift ordered”

“Although quick to respond i have been asked to pay for my order to be shipped back even though it was described as a comforter while others were listed as duvet I realize i will be refunded but so much easier for you to manage the shipping back -- it arrived with a box half open and water damaged as well.”

“Thank you, as always happy with Max Benjamin , just small advice about shipping- avoid GLS , my parcel was left in a different address, they sent me an email with information that my parcel is delivered but unfortunately not in my address. I rang to them- Saturday- office is closed. I sent an email. And on Monday I was talk with a driver and he told me that I have to looking for my parcel. Thankfully someone found the parcel and ring to me but I was in shock what they can do with the parcels , I pay for it spent the money and they don’t care about it, drop it doesn’t matter where. But anyway Thank you”

“We enjoyed visiting the store in Kilkenny on our recent trip. We decided to wait until we got home to order the pitcher that I wanted as a souvenir of our visit.
