“Enquired re Robell trousers via Kilkenny design and told none in stock, ordered on line successfully and then was in town and Kilkenny design had loads of pairs, could have gone in and bought. Total lack of communication”

“For at least a month I could only get dollars. I am in Dublin looking for Euro shopping. I rang and wrote 2 weeks later. no solution. the site cam back itself to have the possibility to change the currency.”

“I purchased a scarf from Kilkenny from a brand I was familiar with so new the quality of the product would be great. However I was really disappointed with how the item arrived to me, just thrown into a box, not wrapped, not even a thank you card. It felt quite thoughtless for a parcel I had been excited to receive.”
