“Ease of purchase online was good, packaging of delivery was also great but unfortunately I ordered wine glasses which were damaged and had clearly been previously purchased and returned. Return experience in store was also positive but had to be 2 stars overall for sending out damaged items that hadn’t been checked on their previous return.”

“Ordered a dress which was too large so had it returned. My parcel was returned after 2 months since it was refused by customs so I contacted customer care for guidance. it's been a week and I haven't heard back. terrible after sales service”
