“Unfortunately my goods have never arrived. They were in the Mail office in Dublin. The lovely polite lady check my supposedly incomplete address , there is absolutely nothing wrong with it, I have deliveries very regularly from all the different couriers etc. She said it would be resent. Same thing happened again! I found this out by email. I called yet again , told they would sort it out and request a different courier and would call me back. They haven’t. I move house in 2.5 weeks so if this is not solved by then I will cancel my order. Lovely girls on the phone but unreliable customer service and posting”

“Order received in good time and well padded. The presentation was poor. Necklace in a ziplock bag and box for necklace to be presented as a gift was wrong. Box is for a watch. Poor presentation.”

“Hi, I ordered my item 3 weeks ago and was told that the gift got lost in transit and I was offered to cancel order. I emailed back to say I still want the gift as it’s an urgent wedding gift for a family member. I haven’t received any update on the 2nd delivery /order to say it’s processing and when it will be with me. The wedding has now passed so I’m a little embarrassed that I am missing part of my gift. If the delivery was going to take this long I would not have ordered.”
