“I appreciate being asked to review but I still haven't received the shipment. Great shop and people and products, if only they'd arrive. I'm in NYC so have allowed for extra time but it's been about 3 weeks at this point and I'll be in trouble soon with the girlfriend if her gift doesn't show up and it looks like all I got her was some chocolates from the duty free.”

“I placed my order for two necklaces on August 4th. Today is August 26th and I still have not received my order! According to the confirmation e-mail, the shipment was supposed to arrive in 9 working days. We are now way beyond the estimated delivery time and I am wondering if my order will ever arrive. I am very disappointed and still awaiting the delivery of my order.”

“I bought gin glasses and they are beautiful and were well packed but one of them arrived completely shattered. We could hear it before we opened the box so we recorded the unboxing to show that it arrived broken. I contacted them right away about a week ago and they haven’t answered yet. Not happy with the customer support at all.”
