“I purchased two Wild Goose framed pieces is artwork; ‘Take this hand’ & ‘For Eternity’. They were a wedding gift to my husband. They came in a timely fashion & were very well packed. It was the perfect, sentimental gift for the occasion. He loved them!”

As you never informed us this was not delivered we did not know about this to get this resolved. We understand your frustration and we want to make sure that you get the bag. As I have been made aware of this I done some research on your behalf and this looks like it got lost in transit at Heathrow Airport, this can all be seen in the tracking number which you received.
