Hi there, I’m really sorry to hear the promised discount wasn’t applied on your first purchase, there are some exclusions that may stop it from working. Promotions are not applicable to Gift Cards, Food & Drink hampers, Mindy Brownes Interiors, Newbridge Silverware, Enibas, Nomination and Alan Ardiff or sale items and are applicable on goods only, not services or shipping. “Unfortunately the earrings I ordered were not the earrings delivered to me. They were bought for a birthday present. I would think twice before ordering from Kilkenny Design again.”

“I love the Max Benjamin range and it's very difficult to find it readily available in the UK Max Nenjamin recommended Kilkenny even though it wasn't in the UK as a possible retailer who would be willing to dispatch to the UK I've placed several orders since and not just to stock up on Max Benjamin products but from their vast range of jewellery pieces too”

“Order #440016620 Tracking UPS 1ZE77J710438919032 placed order 3/20 today is 4/7 I even called Dublin customer service but rep disconnected the call. I just gave her my name and order #. She disconnected. What is going on with package? And why would any reputable company disconnect a call. I was calling from NY, USA at 6:42am. Unbelievable.”
