Our branding is included on the outer packaging to help ensure parcels are clearly identified in transit and can be returned to us if there are any delivery issues. It also helps carriers handle and route items more efficiently. Many customers also find the branding helpful for recognising their delivery. That said, we really appreciate your comments and will pass this on to our team, as we know discreet packaging can be important for many customers. “My husband and I were at the Kilkenny shop in Dublin where we made 2 separate purchases. Our experience was really outstanding. The store clerk was very personable and provided us with background information that made our purchases even more special. After arriving home from our trip, we made another purchase which was delivered in a timely manner and wrapped with great care as it was very fragile.”

“Following up to say that I wrote to info@kilkennygroup.com twice and the message bounced. The item seems to still be in the warehouse.
