“I recently ordered an item as a retirement gift for a colleagues. I wasn’t certain the package would arrive before the retirement party, but I was pleasantly surprised! The item, St. Brigid cross keychain, arrived nicely packed and was just as expected. I visited the Kilkenny Designs shop in Dublin last summer, and could have spent all afternoon in the store. The online shop was almost as great an experience as being in the store in person.”

“My parcel never arrived ( via GLS delivery) After much frustration with GLS service I Eventually got lovely Kilkenny Design assistant ( cork office?) thru your helpline - who sent a substitute parcel asap. But it did take almost 3 weeks in total Totally missed the birthday for which the gift was bought.”

“BUYER BEWARE, we purchased some Waterford Crystal from Kilkenny Design and when it was delivered we had to pay £55 in duty and other expenses which made a purchase that was reasonable to being expensive, why advertise your wares in the UK and not give the correct prices.”

Hi Paul, I am sorry to hear that customs were applied your parcel. Parcels leaving the EU can be charged by customs, this is a government regulation that was introduced after Brexit. Customs apply for orders over the £135 and this is detailed at checkout where you must agree to this notification in order to continue with your order, apologies for any frustration you have over this.
