“Very disappointed with customer service .I bought a ceramic picture online,in "sale" Next day I noticed item on your website a lot cheaper Emailed customer services and was informed I had been on website for USA .As I explained I live in Northern Ireland and it was the only website I could buy on . Feel it is very unfair pricing policy I thought I had saved over £60in sale only to find it £10cheaper next day All I got back was a refund of €9 The details are on emails exchanged”

“The only reason I dropped a star is because of the packaging, I bought 2 small bracelet charms and they arrived in a large box big enough for two pairs of trainers, just thinking of the environment, other than that delighted with item and speed if delivery”
