“We brought beautiful Orla Kiely glasses from the Kilkenny Shop, and we love them. UPS failed to communicate well and unfortunately failed to deliver the parcel on the first attempt, but the customer service at Kilkenny was superb and we rapidly resolved the problem. Lovely people!”

“I had a missing item in my order and wrote an email about five times for help in sorting the situation out. Nobody bothered to come back to me. In the end I gave up and swore not to use you again. I certainly won't be recommending you to anyone I know.”
