“My experience was online.The item I purchased was delivered quickly,with ease of access to follow.However,as this was my first purchase, I was led to believe that I would get a 10% discount.This was not applied to me in this instance.It wasn't the money I was saving more the principle of the thing that irked.Thus,the 3 star rating.If there was any way of redressing on my next purchase,that would more than satisfy me. “I am so disappointed. I have NOT received my coat yet. After so many phone calls I got to speak to a lovely gentleman who assured me that my exchange coat was in the post. I really loved the coat but I won't be buying online again.”

“Products took a long time to arrive - this may have been the fault of the courier service used by the Kilkenny Shop. The baker dish was also broken when it arrived. Customer Service resolved the issues but not even a discount code etc was offered for the inconvenience.”
