“I purchased an item of jewellery as a gift for an employee. It could have been packaged better in my opinion and the expensive item was in a cheap little plastic bag. The box was ok and it did come with a little paper bag but in my view it could have been presented better.”

“My purchase was delivered to the US instead of the UK (human error) and I’ve been advised they have no idea when I can expect it. Very poor service.”
