I've ordered from Killstar before, and have usually been happy with my order. Not today though - which is sad because I do consider myself kind of a loyal shopper. Finally scraped together enough money during the pandemic to buy stuff and dear lord. Don't buy the Baby Hex Suspender harness if you're above XL even though there is a "plus size" option. Ordered that plus size one and even though it's supposed to fit 3X-4X it was tight on the thighs. Keep in mind I'm a 2X on my worst days. Horrific how they can get away with this sizing system - they have always been really bad with sizes. Also the elastane Beetlejuice pants are see-through - which kind of defeats the purpose of pants. If I wanted people to see my panties I would go to the club in my panties and not waste neaely 50€ on pants that feel like they're from Wish. The only saving grace is the, ironically clearance, shirt that I got. Really disappointed that this brand is trying to appeal as size-inclusive but continues to produce stuff that doesn't fit fat people. Also very sneaky in the way that individual items cannot be reviewed. Kind of a waste of money unless they get their act together and start going back to the quality that the brand had a few years ago.

Nice stuff but their customer service is shockingly bad. They don’t have chat. They never answer on social media. I asked them a very simple question: if they had any stockists in the US I could purchase from as they are notoriously bad with shipping (often taking weeks to arrive and sometimes never despite paying for expedited services). 2 weeks and 5 dismissive emails later and I still don’t have an answer. They send an email like “I don’t know” and think that’s the ticket closed. Find out please.

Customer service is ridiculous, as most people already know. They obviously continue to sell sold out plush toys on their website continuing to take people's money. I ordered a plush toy and shirt from them and paid for expedited shipping. The order came 4 days after it was supposed to arrive with only the shirt inside. They charged me for the plush also though! I messaged them about 5 times within a 5 day period with no response. I decided to take it up with the BBB because KS obviously gave zero craps about taking my money without providing an item. Sure enough after BBB contacted them about my claim, they FINALLY got ahold of me. They said the shipping department couldn't find my plush to send. LOL! Ok....then refund the person if this happens. They will ignore you and they will take your money without providing items. Buyer beware. There products are indeed beautiful, but they just don't care about their customers which is a shame.

Okay so this is my 3rd time buying from this company, and will most likely be my last. Their customer service is virtually non-existent. You send an email to them and won't hear back for another 24 hours at the least. Their return/exchange policy is horrible. You only have 14 days (most companies give your 30 or more) to return for full credit. Most companies that I have bought from online (and I do alot of online shopping) will provide their customers with a free return shipping label. I wanted to return an item that was a size too big. Keep in mind that my nearest Killstar location is just a county away from where I live, and yet they can't even give their loyal customers the courtesy of providing them a shipping label. On a side note, their clothing is overpriced. I don't see myself buying anything else from them solely based on the fact that their customer service is terrible.

I have brought an awful lot of things from killstar and told so many people how good this company is but today one of my Christmas presents came the box it came in was very taped up which is very unusual. When I opened the box .the box the present came in looked like it had been on the floor and badly damaged in the outside I looked inside to make sure that the present was okay it looked okay but didn't want to properly open the present as it was a present this is the second time I have brought a bag from killstar ..and it hasn't been presented very well .I have had brilliant results with buying clothes so I will no longer buy bags from killstar or suggest anyone else does

Shipping took 4 days. Since many years quality became really poor. 2 pairs of earrings were broken but customer service send me another one in the same day that ill write to them. Overall its Way too expensive for the Price. Before it became a mainstream goth cheap brand it was really awesome but Not gonna order anymore.

I ordered a pair of platforms, they were ordered in a seven and recieved in a size 5. The box they were sent in was smashed and damaged. The shoes themselves are stunning but obviously didnt fit. I have been messaging them for 3 days to figure out the exchange policy because they dont have a customer service phone number which makes it nearly impossible to reach them. They dont read emails and answer questions correctly. They just seem not to care. Im so irritated and disappointed with the website. Ive never had such a bad experience while ordering online.

Very expensive but poor quality material that looks cheaply made due to eyelets falling out of a jacket within a week of normal wear and thin plastic-like lining in bags with rubbish bevelled zips. A jacket with fur cannot be worn as advertised because the fur isn't actually attached so looks stupid worn unzipped, fur moves around in the wind and is at risk of being lost if you take the jacket off in public. The big bag I have has a zip that has not worked since I first used it. Due to their returns policy, it's outwith 14 days so I don't know if I can return the faulty bag. I'd be willing to pay more money for QUALITY, sturdy decent wearing materials in the same style so wish wish Killstar would up their game and match prices with reliability of products.

Place an order late last night, and early this morning sent a message to politely ask to amend my order as i ordered Twice the same item, pm on facebook was red, but later on i received an email my order was shipped. My mistake but they seen my message about it and did nothing :-(

Do not order from this website. it's a scam. I ordered 3 items that ended up being defective. It's was a glass water bottle for $44.99, a necklace for $29.99 and wallet for $28.49. The water bottle leaked water, the necklace broke within a few hours and the wallet has metal piece (which scrapes it). Kate told me they couldn't refund me the money because it's a wear and tear issue. No, you guys sell defective products. Then when we tell you about it. You guys say that I caused the issues because you guys don't want to take responsibility for selling defective products. I will never order from this website, again. Please don't order from these people they will sell you defective products and refused to refund you your money. I wasted $103.47 of my money. Please learn from my mistake.

I got TWO bags within the time of a year. First one is completely destroyed from normal use and when I kindly ask for a way to fix it, sending a new bag or even sending this one for inspection they answer just by watching some bad pictures that I did an "abrasive use" what does it mean, am I made of sandgrip? I just used it normally and since all the sealing and finishing is lousy the lining broke and all the bag looks too worn for the time of use. I demand a double check and even if I need to send your products for inspection I will, it's not normal to break apart this way in less than a year the bag and less than a month the suitcase...So better have a nice answer to a good customer than wash off issues with mean answers. I know my rights as a customer and I will go all the way with them. I made a claim at European Warranty and Qaulity Agency and I will go all the way with it...

I was a loyal customer for years but their quality has gone down hill. I recently had an item break after wearing it only wearing it 3 times. The zipper just split open. Their sizing is inconsistent, fabric is all plastic if you read the materials and I’ve had several items rip immediately. I left a one star review of the recent zipper incident and customer service reached out. When I told them the item was left in the hotel I was on vacation in they basically said never mind. When I expressed that I felt they reached out to save face on my bad review someone else responded asking me to fill out a form in the future instead of a review. Don’t buy from this brand because you’re just buying trash and their customer service will pretend to help just to make it seem like they are.

DO NOT make purchases from this company! I placed an order for some products on February 13, 2024 and was supposed to receive that order in 2-5 days as it said when I received the confirmation email. It is now March 2, 2024 and have NOT YET received ANYTHING from the order I placed. All I have gotten from them since I've been emailing them about getting a FULL REFUND is them offering a small percentage of what I paid for the items, for me to contact "Custoner Service", which they don't even have a phone number for, and an explanation of how they will lose money and products if I cancel and get a refund...oh boohoo for them! Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!! So again, DO NOT do business with this company...very shady!

Bought a pair of boots I have only had them for 2 months, I wore them 3 times and I noticed the seam on the back of the boot was coming apart they tell me they can’t send me a replacement cause it’s wear and tear. They said they are not going to replace my boots. I spent a lot of money on these boots. Don’t buy from them when the product is defective they won’t replace it and they basically want to blame it on you.

I paid almost 50quid for a jumper that is on amazon for 20 and was uncharged almost 30quid because a killstar label had been sewn in. Feeling mugged off is an understatement

Ordered and paid for next day delivery. Still waiting a week later. Customer service just blame it on royal mail and refuses to refund the extra postage money that I have totally wasted. Will never buy a thing from them again.

Ordered Time Out Zip Denim Dress [PLUS] - 3XL / Black / 71% Cotton 27% Polyester 2% Elastane for my Dad's 80th birthday do,but it didn't arrive in time so it was left on a hanger for a while until I got out again. Right away as soon as I took it out of it's bag I noticed a very strong unpleasant stink. However I loved the dress and it fits so well,so I thought I'd wash it a couple of times in the hope the smell would go before I got to wear it. I notified Killstar this was what I was going to do ,then at least I had proof of why I washed it. I wondered if the stench was maybe the material or maybe the black dye. Washing it twice didn't get rid of the stink though,so wanting to keep the dress I bought some of those clothes aroma crystals and washed it again with both washing powder n crystals,but it still stunk,so washed it again the same. I could clearly smell the aroma crystals, but the stink was still there,just not as strong,so I decided it should be okay to wear at last and hoped nobody around me smelt anything. They didn't thankfully, but the whole time I was out in it the stench was going up my nose and giving me headaches. I had to go home and change in the end and went back out after. I've tried washing it again and again to no avail. Worst of all KILLSTAR are saying their other stock of this dress doesn't smell??? Not possible! No way they don't all snell bad! The stench was noticeable as soon as itook it out of the packaging it came in. They're refusing to take it back or refund me,so I've asked them to allow me to return it and prove to them how bad it smells and chuck it after I've proved it stinks and not give me a refund. A refund is not my issue the stench is! I won't be called a liar and it's important to me they admit I'm right! It's no use to me anyway because it smells so bad it's unwearable!
