For a long-haul flight from Saudi Arabia to Japan, I paid $1,500 for a return flight. On the final leg of my flight from Bangkok, Thailand to Fukuoka, Japan, I discovered my ticket did not include a check-in allowance with Thai Viet Jet. I was charged $39 for 7kg by the airline. Upon contacting Kiwi.com about the issue they put the responsibility solely upon me because I did not request check-in baggage allowance. Since when does the passenger/customer not receive a minimum check-in allowance for a long-haul flight? Avoid Kiwi.com at all costs.

Horrible company. I booked a flight. They had a technical issue and cancel the booking. The price of the flight is 70£ more but they didn't give me any compensation for this. I don't understand why I have to pay more if it was their technical problem. Also once the refund is turn into credit you can't get the refund in your card. I called the customer service and they couldn't do ANYTHING. DON'T USE IT! Waste of money

They are scammers!! Don't ever book through these people. The horrible rating of this agency shows how useless these people are. Airline will not entertain any change request if you go through this agency. This agency will not bother helping you or contacting the airlines for you, so even in a state declared emergency you will be left with no choice but to throw away your money. What horrible customer service these people have. The worst travel agency ever!!

LASST DIE FINGER WEG VON KIWI.COM !!!! ----------------------------------------- Flug online gebucht und bezahlt. Kurz vor dem Reisedatum, angeblich Flug vom Betreiber gecancelt. Alle angebotenen Alternativen mehr als unverschämt teuer. Habe dann alternativ gebucht und Mehrkosten von 1200 Euro gehabt. Rückerstattung des Tickets nicht mal 100% , obwohl doch die Airline storniert hat. Bucht definitiv nicht hier, absolute Frechheit.

You guys spelled the passengers name Eyra Melissa Rodriguez Gomez : as EM RodriguezGomez on her boarding pass Frontier printed this on her boarding pass. She wasn't able to get through security with her name spelled wrong. The line to get through security was really long and the wait time was long. Frontier told her it was going to cost $715 to reprint her name correctly on the boarding pass, unless she called kiwi to get it fixed. I called you guys, 30 minutes on the phone, I was told I would be called back 30 minutes later. By the time you fixed the error it was too late. We paid $715, which is complete robbery to frontier or whoever at the cancun airport to reprint her boarding pass with her name corrected... because even after you fixed the problem, the time it would take her to go back to the frontier desk and wait in line to get the new boarding pass, and then get back in the long line for security, she would have missed her flight. This person is coming to denver to speak at a conference on Friday and Saturday for 80+ guests who all paid their entry fees already. And you guys are fucing up her name on the boarding pass, when the order was made with her name spelled correctly. What a horrible experience. We need to be reimbursed this $715 asap.

I made mistakes for 1 spell in name and when I found my mistake I contact kiwi they charge me to fix my name . But before flight kiwi send me email sorry we wasn't able to change name and go to airport and beg the airline to board you . I swear of god I never seen con artist as they are . I'm losing 1000€ and plus the amount I paid for name change. You burn in hell kiwi

I've contacted them to get info about my parking that I additionally added using wizz air and information was send to kiwi because initially they bought a ticket from their account. I called them many times and they even changed my date of birth so I can't confirm myself to reach them on the phone. Later they changed my return flight to the same date as departure flight and proposed options of paying additional money to get a flight that takes 10H instead of 2H meanwhile on Wizz Air app my initial flight is available for booking. There are working Indian and Pakistani scammers only

WARNING: Don't buy travels or air tickets from KIWI.COM They are very bad , I brought 3 tickets from KIWI.COM (Bangkok Johor Bahru Phnom Phane Bangkok). Due to my health issue I cancel my tour and I inform to them one weeks before about it They given £8 credit note for 3 air tickets. Careful buy tickets from KIWI.COM

the case when you buy cheaper, but in the end you pay more. tickets were bought from Phuket to Siem Reap and it was necessary to make a connection in Bangkok. it was also indicated that KIWI are a guarantee that the connection will go as it should and we will be on time for our flight, but we didn't make it. long passport control and security check at Bangkok airport. we fled, the plane had not yet departed, but the gate was closed 20 minutes before departure. it was very disappointing to waste time and wait for another flight (KIWI guarantees connection, do you remember?), we were asked to buy new tickets by the airline staff and we did it. when I wrote to KIWI customer support and attached a photo with new tickets and a receipt, they told me it was not their fault and we would not receive any compensation. where did their guarantee suddenly go? in the end: who values ​​their time, their money and nervous system, stay away from these charlatans!!!

Horrible. I called immediately after booking a flight because the confirmation email revealed that it was for a one-way ticket and not a round trip like I had intended. I was connected to a representative named Kaladgi and asked her to cancel the ticket I had just purchased no more than 5 minutes ago so that I could rebook a round-trip flight. She refused multiple times, parroting only that it was their policy not to offer refunds and that there was nothing she could do. When I asked to speak to a manager she said that no one was available to speak to me. When I asked for her supervisor’s name, she refused to provide it, but said that someone would call me back in the next 2 hours. No one ever called. I had both my cell and house phone with me the entire day. Now I'm forced to contact my credit card company and have them dispute this charge in order to get a refund. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Kiwi surprised me with large amounts of hidden fees. They changed the amount of the flight AFTER I paid for it and told me I still had to pay a significant amount of money that was not specified anywhere. I spoke to their customer support team to get clarification on these hidden fees and they were not helpful and just told me I needed to pay up. I am very dissatisfied with Kiwi and will never be using their services again.

Do not book with Kiwi. My flight was delayed by 14 hours (prompting me to cancel) and they sent me £10 total. I booked another flight, having lost $700 already, and that one got delayed too, making it physically impossible for me to fly home. Now they're not accepting my Customer Service messages. They won't so much as respond to me as they attempt to take another $700.

Sorriest booking company I have ever used. 3 family members requested to set together and we all 3 are setting apart. Changed one of my flights and only gave me suck ass replacement flights. Ended up costing me more in the end than if I would have just went on ahead and booked through southwest. Don't recommend at all. the first and last time I use them.

Once I ordered my tickets with Kiwi.com they started to change the itinerary multiple times demanding more money for me to keep the flight. After it reached 80 euroes extra they gave me the option to pay more or ask for a refund. Naturally after Kiwi.com changed the itinerary multiple times i asked for a refund. That was over 12 months ago. They say they are not responsible for the refund but the carrier/airline is. I have emailed the carrier/airline and they have no booking or booking number records of what Kiwi.com claims. They have given me a false booking number. The airline also confirms that they are in no way or shape cooperating with Kiwi.com nor are they allowed/authorized to sell their tickets. This company is 100% Scam. They will take your money then sell you "false" flights. When you try to confirm with the carrier they deny having any relations with Kiwi.com. You will be sold false tickets, and you will never get your money back. STAY AWAY!!

I already fill out a dispute form provided by my local bank to get my money back. They told me that my flight was going to be refunded but I am still waiting. The airline told me that my flight was refunded to k1w1.com. Where is my money?? 1 (out of 3 airlines involved in my itinerary) is going to refund my ticket. The rests are not. I am devastated. My trip was going to happen on Nov 23 but the refund of my ticket was already requested and I could not fly. I could have travelled because I got a rescheduled flight from 2 airlines for the following day. Due to a non-approved visa, I wasn't able to fly on Nov 23. Therefore, I had a fly rescheduled by the airline for the following day. However, because a refund was requested to the airlines, I could not fly. I requested k1w1.com to stop the cancelation and the refund of my ticket as the airlines rescheduled my flights. They refused to do so. I missed my 1st flight because k1w1.com didn't allow to get through as the refund request was already sent. I called them at least 7 times begging to stop the cancelation but they refused to do so. Consequently, all the following flights were missed. I lost AU$1821 (the total cost of my flight) because k1w1.com refused to stop the cancelation and refund of my flight. Only one airline is going to refund my ticket and the rests are non-refundable tickets. I already got the information from the airlines. One airline refunded 2 flights that were part of the Itinerary. However, k1w1.com didn't gave it to me back. The company is terrible and does not provide any help. In fact, makes things worse for you. Your calls will go to a call center located in a 3rd world country. The person who purchased my ticket was from Czech Republic snd it was done on behalf of k1w1.com. If you are from Czech Republic, you got a big scammer on: Lazaretní 925/9 615 00 Brno - Zábrdovice Czech Republic I bought my ticket via the website showing the local currency prices. However, my local bank charged me for international transaction fees even if my flight was bought at local currency cost. They never told me that a extra cost was going to be made because the company is located overseas. If you want to buy a ticket with this company, go for it but good luck if something happens to your flights. It is impossible for them to help you if you are in trouble. They will not do anything for you and they might do the things worse. Even their policies contradict themselves and that is how they get away with things. PLEASE, someone press legal charges against this k1w1.com website. They are ruining people's life. My stress level went through the roof and I got sick from it.

Worst experience with an airline service provider ever. My flight from Barcelona to Toronto was cancelled by the airline for reasons out of my control. The carrier put me on another flight and informed Kiwi who never informed me. To get home, I had to book another flight which I paid for out of pocket (so that is two fares out of pocket) and was told to apply for a refund. Kiwi later denied my refund request despite the fact that the ticket purchased was a flex ticket (which was eligible for refund) and the flight was cancelled by the airline. To make matters worse, I got in touch with the airline directly afterwards who had indicated to me that the money was reimbursed to kiwi and that really kiwi should be the one communicating with them directly and not me. The only way to get in touch with this company after the flight is through a chat box where you consistently talk to new people who do not seem to updated on the sequence of events nor do they care to be. There is no process to escalate complaints and I am still waiting for my money back. Do yourself a favour, save yourself time and money. I will never use them again.

Priority boarding for one flight instead of two. I paid for priority boarding for my flights Vienna-Paris. After 3 days I got many emails saying that they add it to only one flight and for another one they didn't. I thought it was a joke because the whole reason why you're doing that - is you want to bring a trolley on board. But having it only one way doesn't make any sense. So, they refunded Priority Boarding for Paris-Vienna but left one for Vienna-Paris. I told them that pls refund me everything Priority Boarding for both flights. And they're telling me about the fact that they can't and telling me that it was a 'technical problem' to book Priority Boarding for one of the flights. So the operator was like, I cannot do it for the flight back, but who cares, let's do it for a flight to the place and refund a back one. How should I use it? I just have no words. Never using this service again. I simply have no words. Ofc they won't do anything about it. But it's not how service should work. It has no logic behind it.
