Awful service after buying tickets. I did book two flights from Madrid to Japan with reference number 304032883 for 1189€. The back flight to Madrid was cancelled without any reason, after that I tried to talk to them to change our cancelled flight for another one with the same company (ITA Arways) one our later, but they didn't offer me any solution. I'm still waiting for my money 4 monts later.

Kiwi.com just robbed us with $1465 for the trip we tried to rebook. This company is a total scam. They will take every penny you have and they don't care about their customers. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK OR BUY TICKETS WITH KIWI.COM. THEY WILL REAP YOU OFF.

This is a scam. Don't book your flights through Kiwi unless you want a daylight robbery. I am a million mile flier and travel regularly. I booked a flights for the first time with Kiwi and got to the airport to find out they did not have a reservation for me Y outbound flight. The airline said they had a partial booking and I had to purchase a new ticket. My outbound ticket was not made properly. I paid Kiwi about $600 for the flights I booked and found out there was only a partial booking. The flight I waa planning to travel on was full, so i had to book a hotel that night for $160 duebtobtheir mistake. Then I had to buy a full fare ticket at the airport for the next day, that cost me over $1000. I could not get a hold of any of the Kiwi customer service agents to speak to. All of this happened within 24 hour of a booking window and the airline was willing to refund Kiwi the full amount. The airline confirmed they canceled my booking in time, so KiWI should in turn refund my fare in full. When I contacted Kiwi, they refused to refund the ticket and gave me a $10 KIWI credit. THEY RUN A SCAM. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED FOR FRAUD. They have very poor ratings and reviews, and i see that I was not their firat victim. Airlines need to stop allowing Kiwi to book tickets and rob people. I'm reporting them to the regulatory authorities and filing a complaint with IATA.

One of the worst site I have ever visit this is the biggest scam I have ever get I lost 1800$ I get my ticket online when I go to check in they didn’t include my baggage that was one story again I try to check in by paying but they make my flight like I have to check out in the transit again need to check in I was ok with that but airlines didn’t allow me to get that flight because they said I need a transit visa which I was not aware just because of that I couldn’t go on that flight. Now when I ask my refund they don’t want to give even half. I just loose my 1800$ without traveling 😢😢😢

I wouldn't even give one star to this company. This website is plane scam. I lost my $5000 just like water. I booked a flight for my family and had to cancel within 3 days due to my bad car accident. I have been working with them since last June. Every single time when I message, I get new person gives different information. Now they saying they won the case and there is no refund will be issued. I am disable from my car accident and Kiwi saying they claim that amount as fees for dealing with my bank. . They are money hungry. Don't waste your time with this company. This is scam.

I wish I had listen to this google opinion: There are a myriad of poor reviews and concerning customer feedback surrounding Kiwi. This includes a one-star customer review rating on the Better Business Bureau website and 1.5 stars from over 60,000 reviews on TrustPilot, an online review platform.

It is a SCAM !!! Never book with KIWI !! I booked and paid a flight with them (more than 1000 EUR) and 24 hours later they emailed me saying they were not able to issue the ticket and suggesting I get a credit with them for other travels or they would refund me through my credit card, but this will take several days (according to their own words) !! So now I have more then 1000 EUR blocked in my credit card for NOTHING ... it is a fraud this website !!

They are the worst, please don't book with them... They scam people and offer very poor customer service. They sent me the receipt then a few days later they deducted more than the amount in the receipt. Also, even though i bought insurance, i could not get any support when i discovered i couldn't travel. You cannot talk to a person and when I asked them specific questions on their chat or help desk service to help me evaluate my options and decide what to do they only told me that i can cancel and get less than 10 dollars back even though I had paid close to 1000 dollars for the ticket and the airlines had told me that the ticket was refundable!!! They did not address all my questions. I had to contact the airlines directly to know my options and I realised that because i had booked through them any cancellation money would go directly to them and not me, so in actual fact if i cancel they get the money they paid back but they don't actually pass on the refund to me because it is a saver ticket!!! This is ridiculous! A scam! It is the first and last time that i would use this terrible website and will warn all my friends from booking with them because if for any reason beyond your control you need to cancel you will lose your money.

Kiwi.com are absolute scam artists. Due to their negligence I am around 1000 pounds lighter than I should be after 2 seperate bookings. I was left stranded at the airport because Kiwi.com failed to inform me that my booking had been voided by themselves. I then had to book another flight at immense cost. 0 offer of compensation and 0 empathy for the situation. Their app chat is beyond useless as well. Stay well clear people.

Everyone, DON'T BOOK here. Avoid this site like the plague. I paid and they "confirmed" my ticket. I show up to the airport the day of my flight and the check in agent said my reservation was booked but that kiwi didn't issue me a ticket. I called kiwi from the airport and they kept giving me a PNR code which is a reservation code , not the actual ticket number....because they didn't issue a ticket. They booked a reservation for me but not issue me a ticket which is what they're suppose to do.I was stressed beyond relief and had to fly out for a funeral. I was left no choice but to book a ticket at the airport 4 times the price so I could leave. Kiwi refuses to issue me a refund. They stole my money. The agent at the airport did mention kiwi is the worse,it's a scam and has seen many situations like mine. AVOID Kiwi. I will be escalating my refund and talking to my bank to report this fraud

The most dreadful company on the earth! Me and my friend booked flights to Benidorm due to fly in the November for the fancy dress festival. We got an email from kiwi in the August telling us they had cancelled our flights. We had to pay a fee of 17.95 to get our refund quicker. We never received any of it back. I emailed, called which I got a £45 bill for when I got through. After commenting on a post of there’s on Facebook I got a reply saying we weren’t entitled to any of the refund. Absolute scam merchants. Never again would I use these cowboys!!! Booking ref was 145535929

Feels like a "scam" My trip was 50% overcharged with terrible 8-hour layover. Had I booked the flights myself, It would save me $300. And the support is insufficient. Disappointed. + They want to take down my review. How could kiwi.com just deny the fact, what actually happened? It was my true experience, I have witnesses and booking number for the trip.

I had a terrible experience traveling with kiwi.com. One of the airline tickets I purchased was rescheduled hence delayed and it seemed like every step of the way was a hassle. Customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive, and I was left stranded at Dubai airport. In addition, their kiwi.com guarantee is a joke and I ended up spending double the money I anticipated as I had to book a new flight at the last minute from Dubai to London. I would not recommend kiwi.com to anyone and will not be using their services again in the future. I really wish I had seen all their customer reviews online before engaging with them. AVOID!!

If I can prevent other people from being robbed I will be glad. Kiwi is a four letter word for scam. During the Montreal mess in July I spent three days waiting at the airport for flight after cancelled flight. Air Canada refunded my 680€ that night, unfortunately to Kiwi & not to me. Six months of lies and bots and no money from them. It is unbelievable. I am filing a police report, and there is a group of us trying to shut the dishonest thieving company down in Europe, Book directly with the airlines & never ever ever use Kiwi. Total scam operation, thousands have been robbed, and zero possibility of contacting the company. The absolute worst. Thomas Ryan

DO NOT USE THIS BOOKING SITE. INSTEAD OF BEING CHEAPER, IT WILL BE TWICE THE AMOUNT OF OTHER BOOKING SITES! I booked a flight on Kiwi.com and got the confirmation email with a big green bottom indicating that: "You can change your trip up to 48 hours before the journey." Then I decided to change the departure time to a later hour the same day and got the confirmation of the change. A few days later, I log into my credit card website and discovered I've been charged twice for the same flight. I immediately called Kiwi.com to inform them of their mistake and their response was that when I did changes to my itinerary they created a new ticket not by mistake but by default. So, I was charged the full price of the original booking and the full price of a second booking to accommodate my changes in the itinerary all in less than 24 hours. Again, they pretended to justify that I can be charged twice for the same flight which is a complete scam!!! I don't know how they have been getting away with these fraudulent practices but I hope this review prevents other customers from becoming victims of their scams. Now is up to my credit card to fix this, which I trust they will but other people might not have that choice. Again: DO NOT USE THIS BOOKING SITE. INSTEAD OF BEING CHEAPER, IT WILL BE TWICE (or more) THE AMOUNT OF money OTHER BOOKING SITES MIGHT CHARGE!

100% fraudulent people, scam artists, fraudulent info on there website and even if my fight was canceled DUE TO A HURRICANE, THEY STILL DO NOT REFUND THE MONEY!!!!! 100% FRAUD AND RIP OFF! Flight F92187And fight F91150Flight F92187---Flight F91150 One flight from LAS to ONT and ONT to MCO. I purchased an airline ticket from Las to ont and a connecting flight from there to Orlando on the 27th of September of 2022 for the sum if $603.70 with a Flight F92187---Flight F91150 One flight from LAS to ONT and ONT to MCO. Purchased from kiwi.com and there website CLEARLY STATES that if the flight gets canceled, it's a 100% guarantee of a FULL REFUND! I did not get the ticket(s) and or even show up at the airport because prior to even leaving, herd on the news that the Orlando airport (mco) was shut down due to the hurricane! So ALL FLIGHTS TO ORLANDO ARE CANCELED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE!!! I tried calling kiwi and if you don't have a flight LEAVING that day, you CAN NOT speak to a representative!!! I called and disputed the charge also did an online chat with Frontier airlines and they state that a refund of the amount of $327.96 WAS ALREADY issued back to the card ending in 9505 (which that card is no longer active by the way due to being issued a new card! The bank DOES NOT see that refund first off! Secondly, I should get the FULL AMOUNT of $603.70 refunded to me for the sole purpose of me NOT getting the services paid for due to a NATURAL DISASTER (HURRICANE) AND THE AIRPORT BEING SHUT DOWN!!!!! I HAVE L have NEVER had an issue with Bank of America, and I do NOT see what the issue is and or why I should be penalized for a natural disaster like a hurricane and my fights being canceled and the airport being CLOSED due to the hurricane!
