Shame on me for not reading the reviews first ... but shame on them for taking multiple days to book with the airlines. They proceeded to book even though I requested a cancellation. Poor customer service - SHADY business practices!

I would give negative stars if I can. This site is horrible. Customer service will not help you. Even if you just book it and made a mistake, they will never cancel it for you. They give you back only 10 euros, which is basically nothing if you want to cancel just 1 minute after you booked. Horrible. Never never again!

We booked flights that were confirmed, received email that they had to change our flights, but similar so no big deal. Get notice a few days later that those flights weren't available so we could pay $300 for a change or get partial refund. No customer service number to call so we accepted the extra fee...big mistake. Two weeks later just got another message that the flight is no longer available and that we have to pay $600 upgrade. What kind of scam is this? I thought Kiwi was legit company originally....NOPE, stay away, don't risk your money. Look....they literally have no customer service help line unless you are currently traveling. I can't even express how much I hate Kiwi and how miserable they've made me feel about this trip, before I've even left!

KIWI sold me a flight I could not use because Jakarta transit was closed due to COVID and AXA insurance refused to compensate as well. The website is set up to take your money and that's it.

The service is not satisfactory. They will cancel the ticket, as they couldn't get the booking done with the airlines and at the end they will refund you. They also offer you a golden suggestion to book again. Need to appreciate their boldness though. I will suggest to avoid this.

Incompetent support service combined with unworkable website communication rules. If your flight is not within 14 days it is impossible to speak to a service rep directly. You are force to 'chat' with a service staff which cannot understand or simply does not read the chat messages. Finally, when within 14 days of my flight I was permitted to talk to a service staff on the phone and twice the phone line was disconnected forcing me to repeat the problem. I offered to email the chat exchange to the service rep. When I emailed my concerns and a transcript of the failed 'chat' exchange to the email address provided I received an automated response email that said this address is no longer supported. Phew, 10 hours of 'chat' and phone calls and I am done. Say good by to my $245 Euros.

I'm sure Kiwi works well if your flight runs with no issues. But the minute something changes, you are going to lose a lot of money. If an airline changes / cancels your flight, they offer you a full refund immediately. However, if you've booked with Kiwi, they do not pass on this refund to you. My BA flight was cancelled and instead of a refund or putting me on another flight, I got nothing back and ended up rebooking another flight directly with BA. I lost almost £200 - which would have gone straight to Kiwi, as BA would have refunded them. This company is a scam. Do not use.

Paid for flights for me and my wife months in advance. When we went to check in at the airport, they claimed Kiwi had never paid for the tickets even though we had confirmation on booking. Lost $166 worth of flights after I had to repay at the counter so we could make our connection. Of course the remediation process with Kiwi immediately rejects my refund claim. Never booking flights with this company again. No refund was ever given.

this app not even give opportunity to reschedule the flights, when ask for refund they will give 5euro only. also agents not even try to communicate with airline to reschedule the flights. Scammers! waste of my money!

Can I rate this company 0 instead of 1 star? Please do not buy any flights tickets with this company. You are gonna be excited for the low flights prices but at the end of the day you are gonna get scamed. They sell you the ticket after a few days they sens you a message that the fight was cancelled, they are gonna offer you other flights, more expensive than buy with the own flight  company, of course you won't accept it. They are gonna advise you to apply for refund but the refund you are gonna get is much less than what you pay. This company is not trustful. Do not get scamed by them. Be smart and stay away from them.

Horrible Company - AVOID My flights were cancelled by the carrier 3 months before I was due to travel. They though would not refund the flights to me, even though others I was travelling with that bought direct with the airline got a refund as the issue was with the carrier. i have had to dispute through my credit card provider. Other flights with them have changed significantly. Their customer service is horrible, they are horrible. Also now found out they aren't ATOL protected.

The Airline Company refunded for the flight that got canceled and this #%&/"&% after more than three months are not sending the funds! Every time, their "financial team" is working on it. And obviously, I'm not the only one in this situation. Seems like they can do whatever they want, and however they want. How come there is not a single law, regulation, something, someone to enforce it. And to close this company once and for good.

Do not!! They have a policy where if the airline refunds you, you will be refunded. They receive confirmation United cancelled my flight, refund sent and they kept my money! I disputed this with my bank and Kiwi told me it takes 90 days. For what? You clearly have evidence my flight was refunded. They also have a rule of one portion of your flight segment is cancelled you will be refunded. You know they only gave me $100 in CREDIT?! Do not. Beware! They also charge you for having to “dispute with your bank”. There is no dispute. I was refunded, give me my money it’s that simple.

Worst travel site I ever booked. They are cheaters and make money with your refund. they never ever refund money for your canceled trip. so Please AVOID booking from KIWI.COM even if they give it free.

Kiwi is the worst booking service ever...AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They "accidentally" cancelled my booked flight so I had to pay 3x the cost of the original flight at the gate. The customer service agent promised me a refund of double what I paid at the gate. I submitted a refund request with accurate receipts and Kiwi is offering a $68 refund when I paid over $150 at the gate. They still haven't given me any refund and they haven't followed up on the original promise of a $300 refund. They ruined my trip, caused me an incredible amount of stress, screwed me out of a lot of money (for me), and have only offered absolutely atrocious customer service. Seriously....NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

I paid €1200 for flights to santorini , one of the connect flights home was cancelled and kiwi could not offer me a suitable flight, the flights they offered were crazy long with all sorts of connectors and they wanted to charge me more for them. As there was no suitable option I went through the refund process. I waited for almost two months to only receive €215 of my original €1200 payment. This company is a scam stay away.

My flight was canceled due to war in Ukraine. I was complaining about refund by phone.Later on I received an email that I will get a full refund right away! One month later I received only 20euro out of 200 euro. This is scam! Don't use kiwi.com

Kiwi failed to follow up with airlines whatsoever and we could not fly over the Christmas and New Years Holiday. We had to rebook another flight and had to eat thousands of dollars because of it. Kiwi tried blaming us even though the airlines said they didn't receive certain requests that Kiwi had to make before we could fly!! DO NOT USE KIWI FOR ANYTHING. Horrible company. Worst experience of my life. I wish I could give them less than 1 star. Absolutely dumbfounded at their negligence and lack of professionalism. I will be filing official complaints against them with Department of Consumer Protection.
