The worst company ever!!!! Fraudsters! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The worst company ever!!!!! They cancelled our flight and never give us our money back. Warm recommendation to avoid this company. Fraudsters.

Hello, Hello. On the 19 of June I made a reservation for Menorca, I was charged with 1529.99 lei and I received an email that my booking is pending and that due to amount of high requests I need to wait for it to be processed . The second day on the 20th of June I received a notification, that the price was raised and if I accept it. I agreed and I was charged again with 1919.99 lei. In a few hours I noticed that my card was charged 2timrs with initial amount and checking my kiwi account I saw I have 2 trips, 2 bookings even if I made only one and then I agreed to the price raised. I noticed kiwi immediately, before the trip that, I will need the return of the initial amount because I made the reservation only once and then I agreed to the new raised price. I do not want to pay twice for only one trip and for a reservation that I did only once, not twice. Also, on both reservation I have same boarding ticket for the trip, same seat, so is clearly that you booked only one ticket at the airline for me, so for me to pay only once, is normal as I have a ticket, one seat and I made only one reservation. Is clear that the airline does not have my booking twice and my money. Please help with the return of the money, I don't want to be charged twice for the mistake of your system. Now in September, 3months later, I was informed that Wizzair made the refund partially, but I cannot receive it because Blue Air has to maje the refund also. This is not going to happen soon so I request you to provide me the refund you received already. Since I’m not getting any normal and acceprable reply, no one can give me a timeline, even after 3months, I’m writting here and I hope for help and my refund.Thank you, Bianca

The help desk personnel did nothing to answer my questions, or resolve my issue. I will no longer use this company to purchase my airline tickets. The agent wasn’t very knowledgeable on company policies. With the question that I asked it would have been more beneficial if someone above the agent intervened. Overall horrible experience contacting customer service, complete waste of time. Also this company does not offer refunds, it is a complete scam!!! Even top airlines allow refunds within 24hrs of purchase. I found a cheaper flight on the actual airline site, and asked for a price match. Kiwi agent responded with a copied and paste message about their refund policy. Total scam site DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE

The worst provider!! Wouldn’t even recommend this to my enemy!!! First they charged me $117 for a suitcase and then they did not check me in with the airlines on purpose, so i had to pay for the suitcase again! It is just a SCAM! Don’t ever book with them even if they are the last one on earth.

The worst way to buy tickets! would lose my connection to cairo. So in order to be at Cairo on time I had to buy another ticket and pay Eur536. That was the only option from Kiwi. Then we waited around 1hour for the booking in my email. The plane was boarding and we were with kiwi in the telephone for 1 hour .. pushing them to send the booking , it was the most stressful moment in my life!! When we asked for a refund they refused. Do not use it!

Biggest scam EVER. Kiwi customer services is an absolute joke. I had an issue with my ticket which was a screw up from Kiwi's side and they did absolutely nothing to help me. A part of the payment wasn't made to the airline so I couldn't view my booking on the airline's website or check in. I found out by chance. I've contacted Kiwi every day for a week, even multiple times a day, to get it fixed. They said they would contact the airline and see what went wrong. In the end I called the airline myself and fixed it in a day. Imagine the stress!! This was such unnecessary stress and Kiwi screwed up completely. I also told them to just cancel everything because they were clearly incapable and then they told me it would a voluntary cancellation and I would only be refunded 10 euros... What a scam. I will never book with Kiwi again and also tell all my friends to never use their services.

I made a booking to go to my country (Cairo - Egypt) from Kuala Lumpur The ticket was what is known as self-transfer via India and Oman, At the check-in counter, i have been informed that i need visa for India!!! I asked them to refund me the ticket, they refused! This is an unethical company, please avoid, never ever book using KIWI.COM

I bought a $1400 multi-city trip with these scammers. I received the flight confirmation with date errors. I immediately tried to change it. The only option they give you is to cancel the trip and receive a refund, which I did. They refunded me $13.06 saying I "voluntarily" canceled the trip (as if there were any other options) and marked the issue as resolved in the middle of the conversation. That's it. Theybsteal your money in you face and have an army of agents who repeat the same thing to you to tire you out and make you give up. Every single question you write in the chat is answered by a different agent.

Worst travel company ever! I have booked a flight through them, and my flight was cancelled one month in advance. Now they are not paying back my money, while the carrier has already refunded them. They just have automatic answers and they do not reply to me on the questions i make in the customer service. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!

DON’T BOOK TICKETS WITH KIWI – WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH A COMPANY Let me share this ongoing, terrible experience with Kiwi, a company in which you don’t want to spent not even 1 dollar for sure: 1. I’ve made a reservation (I thought I did, at least) via Kiwi, in a total of 2.363,69€ 2. Day before the flight, received an email from Kiwi saying that it was impossible to do the check in online. Therefore, I should do so in the airport 3. Arrived at the airport and the airline company was not able to find any detail about my reservation: employees from the airline tried everything (kiwi reservation number, names), but it was useless – I didn’t have a set in that airplane 4. Contacted Kiwi customer service right away. After explaining the issue, waited 20 minutes for a new call to try to solve the situation 5. Kiwi customer support talked with someone from the airline company. In the end, the employee from the airline company told me that the ticket reservation had been suspended 6. From Kiwi, until this day, I’m still waiting for a justification on what happened 7. Worse than waiting for the justification, is waiting for the refund (that I obviously have the right to receive): I’ve explained the issue in point number 4; in multiple interactions in Kiwi chat; via email with Kiwi claims’ team and THEY NEVER KNOW what’s the issue (tremendous LACK OF COORDINATION), systematically asking me for e.g. proof of check in fees (EXPLAINED SO MANY TIMES I WAS NOT ABLE TO CHECK IN)

People don't use this service!!! Scammers! Selling tickets for connected flights, but if one change occurs with airplane company they will ask you to pay on the top and if that change they charge again, you not protected at all! Even in my case airline company canceled flight, but they don't refund! Money land in them pocket!! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Or you be ripped off!!

I am writing this letter to express my disappointment with the company, I bought a trip from Uruguay to Australia, which it’s a quite expensive ticket, and got my flights modified twice by AeroMexico. Kiwi support assured me that the only way to keep my flight was by keeping the current booked flight, adding more money to buy again the connection that failed. I did this once, and in the second time opted for a different solution as the company already failed me twice. I ended up adding 580 euros just to be sure I wont miss my connections with another company . Today I called Aeromexico myself to discuss the change and any form of refund, just to end up discovering, that Aeromexico did find a way for me to keep my flight and date, that was never communicated to me by Kiwi, as the only motive behind this lack of communication I can think of is making me pay a further expensier ticket just as a scam. I do expect a partial refund or monetary compensation, I do not want to lose more time nor energy in this issue, but rest assured I will if I do not have a valid response from the company, as this clearly is a scam scheme.

KIWI Stole 1500£ from me I was refused boarding to not having a visa for a transit flight. BA kindly managed to get me 1500£ back, but it was paid to Kiwi.com . They then refused to pass the money to me. You are eligible for unused taxes when you book a flight, these greedy thieves will keep them.

100% scummers !!!Be aware!!! They keep ignoring me. They just don't want to compensate for their own fault. Very rude attitude! I suppose to get refund, for my canceled flight. They where late to respond to change my flight./They didn't reply to my messages for around 2 month/ Now they telling me that I cancel voluntarily. Of course I had no choice. They put me in situation that I have to cancel because they didn't reply in time frame 48 hours before flight. They didn't respond to help me to change the flight You think you are smarter than me. Just remember that you owe me refund money from that flight Be nice please!

Scammers Don't book any kind of ticket by kiwi.com. pais $2200 ticket and they changed it three times with more money and if you want to cancel is just $10,Government should take step for frauds.

My daughter's flight from Cincinnati to Shanghai by KLM on April 12, 2020 was canceled! We booked the ticket from KIWI.com. After 29 months, we have not got a dollar for the refund! What a lousy and greedy company KIWI.com is! Don't buy its tickets!
