“Worst company ever !!! They will never help you get anything done if you ever run into a problem. This company is a scam, their customer service is useless, it will take you months and months of hard work to have some sort of coverage or even a dollar back, don’t ever by from them please !”

“my flight from India to Istanbul was cancelled, but flight from Istanbul to israel , is not cancelled. But we can't go to Istanbul because of cancellation, so we can't get on flight on the same day. The airplane ticket is package. I want full refund. I heard from people that they don’t get refund in the end,and don’t give me answer,or tell me that I will get my refund”

“Kiwi is not giving full refunds for cancelled flights even if the airline company does. Instead, they are returning the 20% of the cost of our tickets, not in money, but in credits and they are not even making the request for a refund to the airline.”

“All I ask is to be able to fly again with the booking I already pay for, if the airline is allowing this I don't understand why kiwi is not facilitating it, but rather keeping the money unjustifiably. It's a modern times SCAM, not reliable, not trusty!!! PLS stay away!!!”

“Do not trust kiwi.conThey steal your money they lie to you they are on Facebook and off my messages and you get the same same message they scare people they bully people I’ve never known a company like this I’ve booked a ticket and I’m still waiting for my refund but I want all my money back I take this very personally with this corrupted company because it is I would never ever get on one of them planes they stay they’ve got 10 companies well let’s all get together and take brick by brick and bring this company down my name is Kate Ainsworth they know who I am give me my money back in full all this is going to get worse and worse and worse we will not put up for a company that will steal peoples money that’s what you’ve done to thousands of people name and shame this company”

“Kiwi.com happily sold me a ticket , allowed me to print a boarding pass (10 hours before the flight) only to find my flight cancelled when I arrived at the airport. Never once did they contact me to let me know it was cancelled nor did offer other services as advertised. They attempt to force you to agree to very unacceptable terms even before applying a refund. Just round and round with excuses. I hear customers are offered 10-20 Euro on tickets valued 250 EU and up. I have received no refund as yet. AVOID THIS COMPANY.”
