Kwik fit Shipley-Briggate (401) took my car as the exhaust was blowing, brilliant service , everything explained the guy who looked after me and my car cared very much and gave me the confidence that I came to right Company. Well done fantastic experience šŸ‘šŸ»

Hi, went into Kwik Fit with a slow puncture. They diagnosed it correctly as a problem with the wheel rim rather than the tyre itself. Suggested I buy a 2nd hand wheel to save £350, rather than quoting for a new one. When the new wheel arrived, they swapped the wheels and tyres over free of charge. Cannot compliment enough, will always have my trade.

The staff at Wandsworth branch just don't give a s**t. Booked in for new tyre, left car, was told it would be 45 mins, came back and it hadn't been done. No explanation of why, no apology, nothing. Seems to be a male culture of it's cool 'not to give a sh..'. I go to Wandsworth because it's convenient and sad to say this is not the first time I've had a bad experience. Previously had cancelled appointments on arrival, no record of an appointment, told that work had been done but hadn't been, etc. Terrible attitude toward customer service. Will never go back to this place.

Hi I am called Mike. I had my CRV,s MOT 2 weeks ago at Paignton and the technician I think is called Julian was just simply brilliant, his gentle calm approach to everything was no problem he really did and does go above and beyond for the customer as I also noticed that he also gave the same treatment to the customer before me. In fact all of the team at this branch are the best in the whole area, WELL DONE Paignton I will keep coming back to you. Many thanks.

Joe, the Manager at Kwik Fit ashby de La Zouch was excellent today. They were so busy, but he was helpful and very professional with my puncture. A very reliable and trustworthy company with the same ethics instilled into their staff. Thank you.

My family used Kwik-fit for many years at Wembley Central and later Wembley Park branch for tyres and MOT. Recently noticed significant deterioration in managerial new staff and poor customer service. First, when I had a nail puncture they refused to do a repair, quoting their company policy and suggested I buy a new tyre when other garage nearby did a good quick repair. A few months later I had a similar problem with a different vehicle with a flat tyre that was repaired easily and inexpensive previously now refused to repair. Finally, the nail in the coffin was my last visit when I had a punctured flat tyre and had prebooked appointment and then had to wait 2 hours to be told that they cannot swap flat tyre to a spare tyre only a new tyre purchased from them. I was forced to drive on a completely flat tyre to another place nearby to change my flat tyre to a spare. I found them unhelpful and uncaring and will never use them again and will not recommend!

Kwik-fit chesser in Edinburgh very helpful. Derek the manager defo cares about the customers had a new tyre fitted by Dale 4/11/24 and I’m very satisfied with the job and time he fitted the tyre . They are a great bunch of guys

Woke up this morning to go to an appointment 07.30.only to find I had a flat tyre.I went to two kwik fit service shops and asked if they could possibly sort my puncture out for me. Only to be told they were to busy.TO BUSY......two members of staff were attending to their friends vehicle fitting something new...the 2nd kwik fit were both on mobile phones...drinking coffee.and hadn't got the time to attend to my issue. I know that walk in business plays a big part in getting to their daily..weekly targets. I shall never try kwik fit again! Also I will not recommend kwik fit in the future. This sort of service is terrible.

Customer service non existent waited 3 hours and my car wasn’t put in the bay for a service totally wasted my day cancelled the job as it was going to be at least another 2 hours utter shambles they were booking every service at the same time never comming back lincoln outer circle road have to rebook it in somewhere else due to this company wasting my time avoid at all costs !!!!!

Took my car to Kwik Fit Bolton. Told that puncture repair not possible and new tyre would cost in excess of Ā£230….not in stock but could offer me a different make of tyre for Ā£220. I questioned this, as I didn’t think it wise to have a different make of tyre on one wheel. Asked if they could inflate my tyre so that I could shop around for a tyre that was the same make as the other three tyres. Today, I went to a tyre company recommended by my mechanic- they repaired the tyre at a cost of Ā£14.

Took my car in for MOT at Kwikfit, Bury New Road this morning. Can’t lie. Was nervous after reading some of the reviews. Took a chance on the basis that when I have used them before for tyre replacement, had nothing to complain about. Neither did I today. Can only commend them on speedy service, nothing but politeness from staff. Smiley as opposed to grumpy faces all round. Very helpful advice, beyond expectations. Well done everyone and thank you. MOT passed. One very relieved, appreciative and happy customer. Will definitely use them again. Trust was built today.

Absolutely disgusting customer service at the Bournemouth branch. Their card machine would not work. I said I could do a bank transfer which they declined and said unless I leave my card details (which I dont want to do for data protection) they would take the tyres of my van!!! Wasting my time and being obstructional and unhelpful. Go anywhere apart from Kwikfit! Drive away happy every time??? I don't think so!!!

Don't use Kwik Fit ! Don't use Kwik Fit !! As a company they have zero customer service. People lie and as a result I have had to pay £2,927 to fix my car after damage this was done at the Leamington Spa Branch 28/08/2024. Branch have accepted liability and told me to get it fixed and send invoice once work is completed to them settle the claim (Have evidence) But Kwik Fit Operations have denied any liability and even made things up. After weeks of trying to get a reply they only came back when I said I was seeking legal advice.

I attended Kwik-Fit, Ballymena, this morning. First class service, the Manager Louise is amazing, polite, knowledgeable and professional….kept me informed about the repair being done to my tyre. 10/10 for customer service. I was back on the road in no time. I thoroughly recommend Kwik-Fit Ballymena.

I may have a record time in waiting for a problem repair on my brilliant running low mileage 2009 Vauxhaul Zafira at Kwik Fit Aberdeen by an employee caused during an MOT. Its been 15 months and still ongoing since May 2023. I'm in contact with Guinness Records to see if I qualify for an entry. Its cost me almost £8000 in this time while they've danced around the repairs and lies. They were helpful at the start but now think I am only worth the cost of the MOT "£2000" and the cost of road tax and Insurance £800+. Nothing towards compensation of the £5000 it cost me being cornered to buy another car because I had had enough of waiting. I await Guinness Records and by heck I will make sure their treatment towards me is World Wide. Their very first off of £200??? A "Goodwill gesture" £200?? Can you believe that for over 15 months plus no car and it was THEIR fault?? Now I am stuck with a car I cant sell because I don't trust it to last. Its been in and out their garage so much I had to log it. Jason Barry was the person who was "nice to start with" but now thinks I am a fool. We'll soon see, Mr Barry. More to follow.

Kwik fit mobile service is really bad. From my first call till the service, very bad. Customer service were mean and not willing to help, 4 customer service so far. Promised to come during 11am - 1am, end up with no show up till 4:30pm. When i called up to check the status, two customer service rep are badly response. The price is premium, the service is below average. They are charging me GBP100 for on site service, GBP180 for one tyre which is at least 30% higher than market. Never recommend this company to anyone.
