“I did not even receive the item yet, and I have been asked for review. I can only say that the amount of trash emails received from this company is horrendous, they also were trying to reach me by phone. Overall experience, not so good though. Hopefully the monitor will be delivered soon 🙏”

“Refurbished, I always use LaptopsDirect. Battery was excellent condition. Laptop all worked OK. Scratches on lid and no Norton, but didn't matter. Fast next-day delivery.”

“Trying to upload this on the Custermer service order page .. Just so you all know.. i am Happy.. with Laptops Direct.. i send everyone i know here.. However.. Hello.. just so you know i have had some Great equipment over the past 6 years .. trouble is.. This time around the HDD replacement for my cctv dvr on arrival is not working.. tried it in my pc also and its completely dead.. it has also what seems to be a melt mark on the back of the 8pin socket next to the sata power plug.. it is sadly dead on arrival.. i have just installed a seagate 1 terabyte .. and its now recording normally, On the Electriq CCTV system i purchased from you is Excellent.. the whole Unit.. Love it.. How do i go about sending the HDD back and getting a refund ? Many thanks Neil.”

“Be extremly cautious if you order an expensive laptop and need to return your order to Laptop direct. I returned my laptop on 9th Jan 2024 with the return label issued by Laptop Direct, but now I'm told the laptop was returned to their old site so they cannot process my refund. I will have to get the laptop back and deliver it to the new site. I followed all the official instructions from Lapdirect in my text message and email, but after 3 weeks of constantly chasing-up with the customer service team, I now had no refund and no longer the order. The customer service team has been given all the return delivery labels I got in my email, the text message instructions and all related emails but they still refused to help (agent MARY DEMETERA). I had no choice but had to contact my bank to do a charge back.”

“4½ out of 5 stars is my rating. Foolishly I assumed this would be Wi-Fi even though it doesn't say so in the spec. I have an ethernet cable but now have a Wi-Fi dongle. Purchasing on the website was easy & I paid for next day delivery - very pleased about that. I could not work out exactly what type of USB are fitted - no sign of blue so reckoned the USBs are USB2, but there are SS type USBs which turn out to be "super speed". I found details of the spec on HP website were also a bit variable - it does say that. Anyway I extracted the USB PCI-e card from my old pc & it works great in this one. The RAM type matches my old pc so maybe one day I may remove that & install in this one. I apologise for rambling. Oh one more thing - the website says the pc comes with 1 year warranty. I have no paperwork saying that but I have taken snapshots of the web page, well just i case. That's it - summary easy to use Laptops Direct website & buy, pleased with the pc.”

“Do not use laptops direct. go to trust pilot and there facebook page and see how bad their customer service is. Any savings you might get will not ... I repeat not be worth it.”

“Posted a £3500 laptop in only its orignal box wrapped in a plastic bag!! Fast delivery but come on your supposed to be specialists, a plastic bag! No box or special pagaging?! Lets see on Christmas day if it works, fingers crossed! I am downgrading my review to only one star now as after opening the damaged box I am not happy with the condition, this is an EXPENSIVE item, to only put it in a plastic bag is ridiculous! This company is supposed to be a laptop specialist! I contact their returns department and was put on hold for 15 mins at 0.13p per min then cut off!!! This is a disgusting company who do not care one bit about customer services, they take your money and laugh at you! AVOID AT ALL COSTS, GO TO A PROFESSIONAL SELLER!”

“Zero stars if I could. Worst customer service I have ever received! Bought a "refurbished" laptop that had fans the sounded like jet engines when just browsing with chrome. After first restart it corrupted windows and never booted again. I returned immediately. They received the return over two weeks ago now and still no refund. Customer service are worse than useless and can't tell me anything other than "it's waiting to be checked". If it takes this long then you need to hire more staff. Completely useless. Would never use them or any of their other companies under the buy it direct Ltd banner. Do yourself a favour and but from someone else and STAY AWAY from the useless company.”
