“Ordered my laptop on Easter Monday evening. When I checked my emails the following morning I had confirmation of despatch and it was delivered that afternoon. I had not paid for next day delivery! Excellent product, price and service. Thank you.”

“Not overly impressed. My first email said my order would be delivered on the 24th. Then another saying 26th. When it didn't arrive on the 26th, their chat session said 27th. At least ordering from Amazon would guarantee the product was with me when they say. Seems one of those places where they promise the moon but give you a burnt out star but heck, as long as they have your money, they'll tell you what you need to hear. Laptops Direct, just be honest about delivery times and where the items are being shipped from. Very poor so far and doubtful I'd use again due to this issue.”

“I did not even receive the item yet, and I have been asked for review. I can only say that the amount of trash emails received from this company is horrendous, they also were trying to reach me by phone. Overall experience, not so good though. Hopefully the monitor will be delivered soon 🙏”
