“Paid extra specifically for delivery on 30/05/23, as I was on holiday the days before. I opened my emails to discover the carrier had attempted to deliver twice whilst I was away. I then had to waste time chasing to rearrange for the day I had requested initially. What is the point in having a specific date delivery service if you are just going to send it any day? Not to mention this is a service you pay extra for. I'll take my custom elsewhere next time.”

“First time buyer so was a little skeptical to begin with, first monitor had a fault with the screen too. This was all quickly seen to and a replacement was sent, along with an added extra as cables for all ports was provided at no extra cost. It was a nice little bonus.”

“Used these guys for the first time as I had a problem making an order on a competitor's site – who I usually use for these kinds of items. I had a good experience. The checkout allowed me to choose a delivery date and I had asked for the delivery to be in two days time, but it arrived next day (first world problems!). I was able to take the delivery, so all good. I don't think this warrants losing a star, but perhaps half a star. My experience was very good overall. Will use again.”

“I was really pleased with my phone. It's the third time I've used Laptops Direct and they are really good. The only minor criticism I had is that the phone wasn't in the original box which wasn't mentioned. But it was well packaged and came with a sim card remover which was great.”

“Three months ago, a couple of days after recieving my laptop, I gave a 5-star review based on the ease of purchase and prompt delivery. Sadly, the laptop rapidly deteriorated in performance. It is now slow, buggy and, frankly, not much use. Also, because of the way it was set up, I'm stuck with the username "User". I won't buy from Laptops Direct again. I'll be replacing the one I bought withn a new one. I should have saved my money and done that in tghe first place.”

“The service provided by laptopsdirect was above and beyond what I expected. I ordered a Lenovo Duet Chromebook late on Saturday night, Easter bank holiday weekend. Although it said expected delivery was Tuesday I was now expecting it to arrive until the Wednesday due to the long weekend. My chromebook arrived as advised on the Tuesday morning very securely packed. The chromebook itself is excellent, especially for a refurbished unit. In fact, I am typing the review on it now. I certainly will be using laptopsdirect again.”

“Watch I ordered did not arrive an the day it was planned to arrive, so I had to rebook with the delivery company for a day I was off. Otherwise the price was a great save.”

“Ordered new phone and was told it would be delivered on Tuesday, so kept that day free. Then on the morning of delivery they tell me it won't be delivered - so a wasted day off and then not available for the new delivery date so had to rearrange my days due to their error. Still waiting for phone to arrive”
