“Ok, sounds silly but I managed to order a ultrawide monitor that wasn't suited to my needs! My fault entirely, yet Laptops authorised the return, and after a couple of hiccups got it collected (special thanks to Lynsey Higgins for sorting the collection problems) and I have received a full refund. Sorry to have troubled you guys, excellent service all round, and I promise I will be more careful next time!”

“Delivery was very prompt - expected within a week, but arrived within two days. The only slight annoyance was that the order (screen + seperate cable) came in two seperate deliveries one-hour apart, despite ordering at the same time. Product is (as of 1 day use) excellent - looks new, although re-conditioned (A1 grade), worked immediately out of the box, and came with all necessary accessories. Great value for what I was looking for, and would use this service again.”

“Had an issue with my phone from Laptops Direct. Contacted their customer service, pleased to say they were as helpful as anyone could wish for, problem was resolved without the need to return my phone to them, although, in the mean time, they had taken the trouble to book a collection of my phone had I needed this service. Well done Laptops Direct, and especially the service team. Great to know that someone actually takes the trouble to “listen” to the customer. Would I purchase from this company again? That’s a big YES from me.”

“They had the used monitors I was looking for in very good(A1) condition at a reasonable price. Painless purchasing process. Extremely well packed and delivered. Power cord supplied but they only sent VGA cables 😢 do had to order display port cables from Amazon”
