“Initial delivery efficient & very well packaged but item didn't charge properly. Contacted CS dept & very helpful & polite, sent new battery. Arrived next day & easily put in. Product still didn't charge. Contacted CS dept again and arranged for product collection for following day. label supplied. Collection on time & replacement product delivered 2 days later. Amazing service. Purchased laptops, robotic vacuum and motorised scooter. Never had a problem. Would definitely recommend.”

“Ordered new laptop at 7:30 on a Wednesday night paid for standard delivery to my workplace expecting to receive it by Monday the following week. it arrived the following day by 12:30pm. 17 hours is a very quick delivery, and everything sent as ordered just need to finish setting it up to my liking”
