“Laptops Direct had a good price for the product I wanted. Delivered it quicker than I was expecting. Packaging was fine and the product was as expected. I didn't use customer services so can't comment on that, everything else was fine.”

“Great customer service. Item is exactly as described in the advert. I was skeptical at first using this company but overall was happy with my purchase. Shame the Amazon driver didn't do his bit. He delivered my parcel to somewhere else which caused a few panic. Luckily the person was honest enough to give it to me.”

“I order 3 laptops teens Xmas presents and got them , but not after one went missing during the delivery (weird like it fell off a lorry or something) This is when you find out how good customer service is when something goes wrong ! They were great kept in contact and let me know step by step what was going on and we’re friendly and polite l.”
