“I ordered an HP Pavilion laptop from here at a very good price which was delivered the next day .. brilliant! What I particularly wish to comment on though, is the customer service. Because of an "ID Ten T User Error" on my part when ordering, I needed to change the delivery arrangements. Despite it being very close to the deadline, the lady that I spoke to made the changes I required without a fuss and with good humour .. just how customer services should be. :-)”

“Laptops Direct had a good price for the product I wanted. Delivered it quicker than I was expecting. Packaging was fine and the product was as expected. I didn't use customer services so can't comment on that, everything else was fine.”

“Great customer service. Item is exactly as described in the advert. I was skeptical at first using this company but overall was happy with my purchase. Shame the Amazon driver didn't do his bit. He delivered my parcel to somewhere else which caused a few panic. Luckily the person was honest enough to give it to me.”
