“I saw some bad reviews, mainly about stock and delivery, but I have to say my experience was great. I ordered some gaming headphones for my son for Christmas, that were difficult to find elsewhere, and they arrived within a couple of days, much quicker that the estimated delivery time. Very happy with the service - and just trying to give a balanced view”

“I was able to buy a better laptop than I could afford by buying a refurbished one. It is in excellent condition and looks brand new. It arrived promptly and safely and I was kept up-to-date regarding delivery, which is very important with the usual Christmas post chaos! I would recommend Laptops Direct.”

“You were recommended to my by my job coach in the first place. I ordered a headset that I need for a new job working from home. Placed the order in the afternoon and it arrived by 10am the next day - Standard Delivery. I was most impressed. The product is fine and when I rang Customer Service about a receipt (as I am going to be reimbursed for the purchase), it was sent promptly as an attachment. Well done, guys - I will definitely recommend you and you will be my first port of call if I need anything else.”
