“No problems taking the order, a Epson Xp8600 printer. It arrived on the delivery date given and within an hour of the time stated. The box was undamaged and I am pleased with the product does exactly what I wanted it to do. Can't fault the service thats why 5 stars...”

“ordered CPU from laptops direct, the price was very competitive with other retailers, was slightly worried when i see the expected delivery date on this item, but was very pleasantly surprised when it was delivered within 24hrs of paying for it. excellent device from laptops direct and will deffo use this company again. Their supplier had difficulties, not surprising with a few global issues on the go at the moment, but despite that, Laptops Direct did actively chase the supplier and keep me informed at regular intervals. Well worth the extra wait. have used before, and will use again!”
