“I'm impressed with service. Ordered the wrong ones on Amazon (usual goto), but then couldn't find these in stock ^ there. Came to this site cautiously as a new customer, ordered at 1900, arrived next day. Excellent, competitive price, fast & reliable. Looking forward to buying more tech soon.”

“I thought £9.99 was a bit steep for next day delivery but the laptop arrived as promised the next day, properly packaged, etc. I was happy with the price paid. I even got a three year on-site warranty for just £20 extra on the laptop price. Bizarrely, I also got an email from Laptops Direct to apologise that the warranty would not now be arriving until 13/01/2021 due to circumstances beyond their control. It duly arrived by email about one hour later!”

“I'm a first time customer of Laptops Direct. I purchased a Motorola Moto G8 Power on Sat 26th Dec and it was delivered by Amazon on Tues 29th Dec (despite me using the free delivery option it came on the first working day after ordering). The box was slightly dented but I put that down to Amazon. Very happy with the price and the delivery.”
