“Ordered a high spec laptop on Monday evening of Christmas week, order delivered on Wednesday morning. Great service and the price was excellent, best price I could find online for the spec. Would definitely use this company again.”

“Item when ordered was not immeditely vailble but a date for availbility and for delivery to me were given at time of order. The item, exactly as ordered was delivered 4 days earlier than promised and within the hour delivery slot advised. Excellent service.”

“My goods were sent on date specified but not delivered on time. Despite this not being under Laptop Direct's control as it was the courier who demonstrated incompetence and blatant lies, I was refunded the delivery cost without me having to ask for it. I have been impressed with both their pre- and post-sales customer service.”
