“Overall service was very good. Interaction with sales personnel was very pleasant and were very helpful. Had some minor leakage past the seal on the truck cap following the initial installation. Took the truck back and the cap was reset on the seal and no further leakage. Very satisfied with the service and treatment.”

“Very happy with the staff. I had ordered truck accessories online from another retailer. These parts did not workout as well as hoped. So I decided to go to Leonard instead. My advice, pay a little more for the expertise and have things done right the first time.”

“I had a ladder installed and a tool box. The ladder rack bolts were not all tightened so I did it myself when I got home. After a few months the tool box exterior is wearing off, fading or something”

“My truck bed cover does not fold back as it should. It was installed with 50% of the screws not installed therefore making it not operational at times. The plates were the screws are supposed to be are lacking 50% therefore make it partially inoperable.”

“I have not processed on any other customizing on my truck because the front fender flare rubber mount has to be replaced! Called twice said they would order it, and never heard back! As soon as things are made right, I will be doing more customizing! Employee cecil was working with me, I has happy with him, one was told he was transferred, and now I get promises and no return phone calls”
