Since 2018 Leon Cycle has been operating within Australia and New Zealand, providing quality and affordable e-bikes under our brands "ET Cycle" and "NCM".

We offer E-Trekking, E-MTB, E-Cruiser and E-Folding bikes and Conversion kits for everyone in Australia and New Zealand. We are quite diversified and offer both rear- and mid-motor engines, whether from our own design (Das-Kit) or from established brands such as Bafang.

“Bought Milano + on sale then a second one for my wife a week later on Easter special. Great bikes at great savings. Would be good to be able to have wider choice of colour and size in store (Adelaide).”

“The parts I ordered didn't fit. The Leon Cycle website wasn't up to date and didn't show the latest products which would have fitted my bike. But the helpful customer service department sorted rectified the problem in no time. A website with lots more info and specifications would make it a 5 star rating.”

“The Leon Cycle people are great! Attentive and helpful. I bought a Moscow M3 (not a fashionable label atm!), it’s great, does everything I want it to do, it’s a great bike for cross country use, being a hard tail, I’ll fit a spring seat post though. One thing, I was surprised to see the Instagram advertisement that any Leon E-bike purchase now comes with $444 worth of accessories and free delivery! I just missed out on this special, so although the bike is great, there is some feeling of missing out! Oh well!!”

“Don't like: * black heat-absorbing battery cutting lifespan unnecessarily. Don't park your bike in the Australian sun or paint it white! * Black rear mudguard would be better off having a white tail end to be reflective and add to safety (like is the rule in The Netherlands) Do like: * easy, comfortable, reliable, good range, useful "assist level" settings. It really encourages me to cycle”

“Et-cycle f720 Delivery was fast. Front sprocket was bent, sent in a complaint and recieved a new part and sprocket removal tool quick smart delivered free of charge. Great service would reccomend!”

“Have just received my NCM Milano Plus. Was easy to assemble. Great to ride. Quality at a reasonable price. Some hiccups in the delivery process. No tracking from pickup in Melbourne. Some days in limbo caused me anxiety. Eventually tracking started. I didn't know if bike was in Victoria or WA. Then bingo tracking showed in Perth and loaded for delivery. I realize between covid and heavy workloads freight delays can happen but proper tracking from pickup at Leon would have saved me much anxiety. Heavy duty box was split open but no damage. I am enjoying this great bike.”

“I installed the DAS offroad kit and is not performing as I had expected. The throttle gives some drive without pedaling but the assistance drop of around 25km/h, no improvement on standard. As there were no install instructions so unsure if I missed something. I would appreciate someone to contact me to discuss. Cheers Adam. 0411155198.”
