Since 2018 Leon Cycle has been operating within Australia and New Zealand, providing quality and affordable e-bikes under our brands "ET Cycle" and "NCM".

We offer E-Trekking, E-MTB, E-Cruiser and E-Folding bikes and Conversion kits for everyone in Australia and New Zealand. We are quite diversified and offer both rear- and mid-motor engines, whether from our own design (Das-Kit) or from established brands such as Bafang.

We are proud to have one of the best customer service teams around which is confirmed by many positive customer reviews. “I purchased 2 × 26" × 4.0 inner tubes and only received 1 × 26" × 4.0. The 2nd tube was smaller.”

“The goods i ordered were shipped in good time and arrived as described. Sadly they didn't have everything I was looking for in stock. Spokes to suit the rear wheel on their standard 27.5 Moscow E-bike.”

“After a great deal of research, discussion and thought, we purchased a White 26" NCM Milano Plus for my wife and White 27.5" NCM Moscow Plus for me. The order was placed on Friday 4th June and delivered in a very reasonable time to Kingston Tasmania, on Tuesday 15th June. Shane from Leon Cycles, Laverton North, has provided excellent advice and support through the whole process. Both Bikes arrived in faultless condition, with extraordinarily little, for the semi-skilled to do, to be ready to ride them. If the extended use of the bikes, are as comfortable and successful as the purchase, my wife and I will continue to have a great experience with NCM.”

“I ordered a bike on 5-26-21, it is now 6-22-21, not a word from anyone. I have called several times and have not been able to speak to anyone. I have sent two emails and no reply. It seems from the reviews things are great or it's a disaster!At this point I want to cancel my order but can't reach anyone!”

“Horrible customer service. Despite claims of 2-4 day order processing it's been 12 days and my order is still processing. Their phone rarely gets answered, their voicemail inbox is backed up so you can't leave a voicemail and emails almost never get answered. I emailed them inquiring about my order a week ago and no response. I just emailed them again for the fourth time today. If I don't get updated soon I will be doing a chargeback through my bank.”

“I ordered 4 for my group. Delivery was fast and the bikes were easy to assemble. All the bits were there and everything worked. We were very impressed with the process and the bikes. We have had lots of people from our men's group and our church come and try the bikes out. Everyone is amazed at how good they are for the price. We will probably have to get more when money is available as they are so popular. We will come back to LeonCycle.”

“Leon’s cycle is by far the best bike store I have ever came across , when I originally order my NCM Moscow bike it was sent within 10 days the packaging was so professional but I didn’t know how to build the bike but there team was so helpful that helped me build my bike , but after 9 months I had battery problem I explained them the problem and there u go 10 days later new battery arrives in my mail they we’re so easy with the process but unfortunately the new battery that arrives wasn’t working properly no problems they sent me another battery great experience, I have used few bike stores before but Leon’s is the perfect example of great customer service I would highly recommend this shop for any bike purchase they are great team .”

“Just received our new NCM Electric Bikes from Leon Cycle. WOW, WOW, WOW, Fantastic. Placed the order on Saturday and received them on Tuesday!! 10 minutes to put together, battery fully charged & on the road. Excellent service, excellent quality and fantastic price. I would highly recommend.”

“Purchased a Moscow Plus . It was delivered within 5 days , and with not much preparation, was riding it by the weekend. Everything as expected, as it should be but not as it always is with on line purchases. So thanks Leon for delivering everything as you said you would!”
