Since 2018 Leon Cycle has been operating within Australia and New Zealand, providing quality and affordable e-bikes under our brands "ET Cycle" and "NCM".

We offer E-Trekking, E-MTB, E-Cruiser and E-Folding bikes and Conversion kits for everyone in Australia and New Zealand. We are quite diversified and offer both rear- and mid-motor engines, whether from our own design (Das-Kit) or from established brands such as Bafang.

“If ordering from the Leoncycle website, be warned....assembly is required. Not too hard, although I did manage to put the front wheel on backwards at my first attempt. LeoncycleNZ was extremely helpful when I reached out via messenger for help and didn't make me feel like an idiot for my lack of assembly skills.”

“We bought both the Moscow and the Milano and are very pleased with them. Great design and quality build and they both go great. Delivery was a little ambiguous, but it is in Covid times, so I just stayed patient.”

“I ordered my Controller on 19 Sep and I should receive it on 22 Sep. Today is 7 October. I know there are some delays because of covid 19 but 16 days delay??? Please investigate my order 18INV17689. My bike is out of service for three weeks now.”

“Purchased an NCM Moscow 29" 48V, in Sep 2020. However around Mar 2021 started to eperience an intermittent fault with the Daskit L7 display turning off, grinding noises from back wheel and by Aug 2021 the no electrics. In Sep 2021 contacted Leon who pointed out the bike was covered under Leon's 12mth warranty and provided a choice of authorised dealers for repairs in my area. Within 6 business days the fault was diagnosed, parts despatched, (controller, cables, motor) and installed The bike performs better now than when originally purchased. Shout out to Leon cycles Melbourne and Brisbane Bike Rental for standing by their 12mth warranty and providibg excellent after sales customer service. As a consequence have since replaced the Daskit L7 display with an off-road C7 display to unlock speed and power settings.”

“Purchased 2 E bikes Moscow 26 and a Moscow 29 Plus, on pick up the Moscow Plus was not checked over and on the cycle home gears were not adjusted so jumping out of gear shutting off the motor. Brakes were juddering and squealing very ineffective too. Returned a few days later to fix up but only adjusted the gears, cleaned the brake discs which did not work. Still juddering and squealing not very effective brakes. Emailed Leon Cycles Australia about the issue and only reply was "Thanks for the feedback" Disappointed brakes are not a priority for a heavy Ebike”
