Since 2018 Leon Cycle has been operating within Australia and New Zealand, providing quality and affordable e-bikes under our brands "ET Cycle" and "NCM".

We offer E-Trekking, E-MTB, E-Cruiser and E-Folding bikes and Conversion kits for everyone in Australia and New Zealand. We are quite diversified and offer both rear- and mid-motor engines, whether from our own design (Das-Kit) or from established brands such as Bafang.

“I placed order on the 6 Jan 2022 it now 22 Jan 2022 and it still hasn't arrived. Was told to wait. It should turn up sometime so I can't really write. Our review as I don't have it. And not sure when it will turn up or If it will turn up.”

“I purchased the Milano plus, it’s brilliant. I did need some help adjusting the gears from a friend but everything else I was able to do myself. Very pleased with purchase and hassle free buying from Leon cycles. Would definitely recommend.”

“In the past couple of weeks I have purchased an NCM Prague e-mountain bike & a 26-700C rear mudguard. Both purchases were delivered promptly (& free in the case of the bike) & were exactly as advertised in terms of quality, condition & spec. The bike is my first e-bike & I'm very impressed with it. It seems solidly built & runs great. Apart from a few minor adjustments during assembly everything seems to work as it should & so far it has given trouble free operation. The mudguard was easy to fit & works well. The bile was purchased for my wife, but we are both so impressed with it that we're considering buying a second one for me. Overall very happy with Leon Cycle service & product quality.”

“I've only had the bike for a short time and this is my first electric bike so I cannot profess extensive expertise. What I can say is that I got the bike within a couple of weeks and it was very easy to setup. Performance seems to be good and build quality seems to exceed the price point.”

“Really happy with my new bike. Went together easily and a very high quality comfortable bike 🏍 to ride. Great battery life for my need simplistic use. Girst ride eas awesome can't fault it. Definitely recommended Leon cycles. Terrific customer service and follow up.”

“I purchased an e-bike on 31/12/21 which was meant to be delivered by 10/1/22 but is now 4 days late. I requested updates in respect to delivery but was not given any definite response. I am moving houses within the week so I requested to cancel the order but now it seems the support team is ignoring my emails.”

“Et-cycle f720 Delivery was fast. Front sprocket was bent, sent in a complaint and recieved a new part and sprocket removal tool quick smart delivered free of charge. Great service would reccomend!”

“I've asked multiple times for the nipple that goes with the spoke. Have received spokes on 2 occasions but still no nipple to install and repair my bike. My bicyle is now broke for 2 months with no solution in sight.”

“Purchased a Milano Plus over the Xmas break and it arrived within five days was really easy to assemble and I'm pleased with the quality and riding experience so far This would be an even better bike if it was fitted with the Moscow wheel tyre combo making it a x City bike& raise the bottle holder”

“The bike looks better in real life than website photos. We bought the Munich and the quality is pretty good my wife is very happy with it just riding on the driveway but I am sure it will be great for a decent ride too. Fast delivery even over the new year holiday. Oh and friendly reply our questions on Facebook messenger before we bought it.”

“We have now 4 eBikes purchased from Leon bikes and are very happy with the items and the customer service received. At one of my orders I accidentally ordered the wrong size bike. I gave them a call and my order was instantly changed and delivered within a few days. Communication is excellent and the bikes are fabulous. We have the NRM C7, Munich, Hamburg and Moscow M3. My personal fav are the Munich and Hamburg as they have everything one needs: lights, guards, chain guard, rack, bell and a clamp lock on the back wheel. That lock saved my bike the other day when someone tried to steal it. They managed to break my lock that I had around the frame and bike rack, but they couldn’t deal with the clamp on the back wheel. Out of frustration, they dumped my bike in the next bushes and walked away with the display and the battery, which I had forgotten to properly lock in after charging. I was able to reorder the stolen parts through Leon bikes. Feeling lucky in an unlucky situation.”

“Hi the purchase of our bike in the Christmas period was very exciting when it arrived only 6 days after ordering it. Assembly was very fast and easy. We have ridden about 150km since the purchase with absolutely no issues . l would highly recommend these bikes.”
