Since 2018 Leon Cycle has been operating within Australia and New Zealand, providing quality and affordable e-bikes under our brands "ET Cycle" and "NCM".

We offer E-Trekking, E-MTB, E-Cruiser and E-Folding bikes and Conversion kits for everyone in Australia and New Zealand. We are quite diversified and offer both rear- and mid-motor engines, whether from our own design (Das-Kit) or from established brands such as Bafang.

“I purchased an ET-Cycle F1000 electric bike last week and couldn't be happier! I ordered on Monday and it was delivered by Thursday - I was happily enjoying my new bike on the weekend. Great service online, all questions answered promptly. “After searching the web for ebike dealers in Melbourne and watching a lot of ebike reviews in YouTube, I decided to buy a fat ebike. And Leon Cycle carries the brand and model I wanted. Prior to my purchase, I emailed the website and responses were quick. I have gathered info I needed for my decision. And I'm glad I bought my first ebike from Leon Cycle. The process of buying online is easy. The ebike was delivered within 4 days.”

“Within 4 months of buying my brand new bike, a spoke broke from my rear wheel !!?! Hating been so careful & gentle riding it. They have sent me 2 spokes in the mail. The bike is in the repair shop & I have to pay the repair fee !!?! What about the guarantee ? The local shop says it may happen again if the spokes are poor quality?! Time will tell. Lucky I heard the noise & walked home, or else the wheel would've bent..... what happened to the 2 years guarantee & the repair fee U have to pay.”

“Have no complaints at all with dealing with Leon Cycles, the ordering, delivery time and packaging of my new NCM Prague was second to non, it took me ten minutes to open the top of the carton it was that well packaged, I look forward to doing many enjoyable rides. Cheers, Bruce Lothian”

“Bikes delivered, but one damaged. Although it was delivered scratched and they didn't even offer refund or any kind of compensation. It also doesn't have and electric back light, not a brake light like all the other bikes or scooters have. All over a big disappointment for the price you are paying. Service wise i would give it a 1 star.”

“Good service but bad delivery company they are using. It took 6 days from Melbourne warehouse deliver to Melbourne 3084. Would be good to have Delivery Note or Invoice within posed order as well.”

“It’s been more than 3 weeks and I haven’t got my parcel yet. Ive created an enquiry asking the freight company where my delivery was and I haven’t got a proper answer then and I’m still waiting for it”

“Bought two e-bikes, NCM Venice and NCM Milano on line from Leon cycles, absolutely brilliant bikes. Quick well packaged delivery (although courier just turned up with no notification and on different day to tracking so that is not so good) Easy assembly as only the handlebars and pedals to screw in place and seat to adjust, every thing else just about perfectly adjusted. Great range on bikes, about 60-100km and easy hill climbs. Very impressed so far with quality and ride”
