Since 2018 Leon Cycle has been operating within Australia and New Zealand, providing quality and affordable e-bikes under our brands "ET Cycle" and "NCM".

We offer E-Trekking, E-MTB, E-Cruiser and E-Folding bikes and Conversion kits for everyone in Australia and New Zealand. We are quite diversified and offer both rear- and mid-motor engines, whether from our own design (Das-Kit) or from established brands such as Bafang.

We are proud to have one of the best customer service teams around which is confirmed by many positive customer reviews. “I ordered 4 for my group. Delivery was fast and the bikes were easy to assemble. All the bits were there and everything worked. We were very impressed with the process and the bikes. We have had lots of people from our men's group and our church come and try the bikes out. Everyone is amazed at how good they are for the price. We will probably have to get more when money is available as they are so popular. We will come back to LeonCycle.”

“Leon’s cycle is by far the best bike store I have ever came across , when I originally order my NCM Moscow bike it was sent within 10 days the packaging was so professional but I didn’t know how to build the bike but there team was so helpful that helped me build my bike , but after 9 months I had battery problem I explained them the problem and there u go 10 days later new battery arrives in my mail they we’re so easy with the process but unfortunately the new battery that arrives wasn’t working properly no problems they sent me another battery great experience, I have used few bike stores before but Leon’s is the perfect example of great customer service I would highly recommend this shop for any bike purchase they are great team .”

“Just received our new NCM Electric Bikes from Leon Cycle. WOW, WOW, WOW, Fantastic. Placed the order on Saturday and received them on Tuesday!! 10 minutes to put together, battery fully charged & on the road. Excellent service, excellent quality and fantastic price. I would highly recommend.”

“Purchased a Moscow Plus . It was delivered within 5 days , and with not much preparation, was riding it by the weekend. Everything as expected, as it should be but not as it always is with on line purchases. So thanks Leon for delivering everything as you said you would!”

“It has been 2 weeks since I ordered and paid for their Aspen, as It was one of the few bikes that were listed in stock and readily available. They have not shipped despite their claims of 3-day processing/shipping, and they never answer my calls. The one call they did answer told me they were out of stock and they would restock and have my bike shipped by the 28th, but it is now the 31st. I'm thinking I have been scammed. Awful service, I want a refund.”

“Bought 2 bikes and although they arrived a week apart we are more than happy with ease of setting up and getting started. 1st ride out today and did 30 km and only 1 bar of battery used, made our ride more enjoyable to be able to put power on when required.”
