Since 2018 Leon Cycle has been operating within Australia and New Zealand, providing quality and affordable e-bikes under our brands "ET Cycle" and "NCM".

We offer E-Trekking, E-MTB, E-Cruiser and E-Folding bikes and Conversion kits for everyone in Australia and New Zealand. We are quite diversified and offer both rear- and mid-motor engines, whether from our own design (Das-Kit) or from established brands such as Bafang.

We are proud to have one of the best customer service teams around which is confirmed by many positive customer reviews. “It has been 2 weeks since I ordered and paid for their Aspen, as It was one of the few bikes that were listed in stock and readily available. They have not shipped despite their claims of 3-day processing/shipping, and they never answer my calls. The one call they did answer told me they were out of stock and they would restock and have my bike shipped by the 28th, but it is now the 31st. I'm thinking I have been scammed. Awful service, I want a refund.”

“Bought 2 bikes and although they arrived a week apart we are more than happy with ease of setting up and getting started. 1st ride out today and did 30 km and only 1 bar of battery used, made our ride more enjoyable to be able to put power on when required.”

“I along with seemingly many others that are waiting and waiting for their bikes to be delivered. Part of the reason I purchased this bike was to be out riding quickly with a friend that has a ebike. After being in contact with 3 times now "Customer Service" and given false information that my bike was already shipped twice , today I was told again it would ship today. Really, Really poor customer service on the shipping side and getting customers hopes up for nothing. I only hope I am more happy with the bike if and when it finally arrives... Going into my 3rd week now expecting deliver in a total of over 4 weeks...”
