Since 2018 Leon Cycle has been operating within Australia and New Zealand, providing quality and affordable e-bikes under our brands "ET Cycle" and "NCM".

We offer E-Trekking, E-MTB, E-Cruiser and E-Folding bikes and Conversion kits for everyone in Australia and New Zealand. We are quite diversified and offer both rear- and mid-motor engines, whether from our own design (Das-Kit) or from established brands such as Bafang.

“Unfortunately I am still waiting for the tire and tube for my Moscow Plus after more than 5 weeks. Smart Sam Tyre 27.5 + tube. Moreover as I was cleaning my brake pads to the rear brake caliper I realised that it has a smaller rotor (160mm) rather than a 180mm as in my original wheel. I would like to escalate my complaint to one of your supervisors as I am deeply unsatisfied with the service and products received. I am expecting the matter to be resolved within 2 business days and if I don't hear from Leon Cycle by then I will have no alternative but to lodge a formal complaint with the ACCC. I am planning to seek compensation for loss and damages from Leon Cycle in relation to a wrong wheel with different older tyre and smaller rotor mounted on my Moscow plus when a 500w motor was installed at your premises in Laverton North. This has caused a fast deterioration of my rear brake pads and has increased the risk of injury whilst riding my bike. Moreover it is my intention to claim for loss of income whilst dealing with Leon Cycles as I had to drive from Upwey to receive a very low standard of service which led to an open online dispute that has been closed but never resolved. I hereby urge you to do the needful by the deadline mentioned above.”

“The brake pads were as expected and worked very well - no complaints. I am very disappointed at the packaging. 4 small disc pads were sent in a substantial cardboard box, packed with polystyrene fingers; when received, the pads were sitting in the bottom of the box below the polystyrene, so it was completely ineffective as a shock absorbing material and unnecessary. It would have been much more environmentally friendly had they been posted in a Jiffy Bag - this would have also been far more effective at protecting the fibre surfaces. You really need to reconsider your packaging in the context of the environment.”

“At first it seemed great, package arrived earlier than expected, battery life was better than I expected, and felt fun to ride. Fast forward 2 months in, the bolt for the saddle snaps on me, the wires that clamp to the pole seem to bend outward even though I'm only 160 lbs, replaced the bolt and that one is now bending too. I've tried to reach out on many occasions about a seat replacement and their phone directory tells I'm more pressing more numbers than I am (press 5 to speak to team member and receive 555 is not an option almost everytime.) Only once it somehow processed I only pressed 5 once to be greeted to a voicemail box that was full...very disappointing.”
