Since 2018 Leon Cycle has been operating within Australia and New Zealand, providing quality and affordable e-bikes under our brands "ET Cycle" and "NCM".

We offer E-Trekking, E-MTB, E-Cruiser and E-Folding bikes and Conversion kits for everyone in Australia and New Zealand. We are quite diversified and offer both rear- and mid-motor engines, whether from our own design (Das-Kit) or from established brands such as Bafang.

We are proud to have one of the best customer service teams around which is confirmed by many positive customer reviews. “I along with seemingly many others that are waiting and waiting for their bikes to be delivered. Part of the reason I purchased this bike was to be out riding quickly with a friend that has a ebike. After being in contact with 3 times now "Customer Service" and given false information that my bike was already shipped twice , today I was told again it would ship today. Really, Really poor customer service on the shipping side and getting customers hopes up for nothing. I only hope I am more happy with the bike if and when it finally arrives... Going into my 3rd week now expecting deliver in a total of over 4 weeks...”

“Great shopping experience, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Purchase an E-Bike for my husband as a birthday present. He is so happy with his he bike. I’ll be back to purchase one for myself in the not too distant future. Would not consider going anyway else. Great value for money. Thank you to the staff.”

“Great overall experience: I had to call them to arrange a staggered payment on 2 bikes which was easy to do. Bikes arrived in 2 days with text notice before. Getting them out of the large boxes was tricky for one person but assembly was relatively easy ( needed pliers to turn the Allen keys). Really appreciated how well packaged/protected the bikes were and the quick release ties. Manual was very brief but Utube videos provided much more info.”
