Since 2018 Leon Cycle has been operating within Australia and New Zealand, providing quality and affordable e-bikes under our brands "ET Cycle" and "NCM".

We offer E-Trekking, E-MTB, E-Cruiser and E-Folding bikes and Conversion kits for everyone in Australia and New Zealand. We are quite diversified and offer both rear- and mid-motor engines, whether from our own design (Das-Kit) or from established brands such as Bafang.

“The bike looks better in real life than website photos. We bought the Munich and the quality is pretty good my wife is very happy with it just riding on the driveway but I am sure it will be great for a decent ride too. Fast delivery even over the new year holiday. Oh and friendly reply our questions on Facebook messenger before we bought it.”

“We have now 4 eBikes purchased from Leon bikes and are very happy with the items and the customer service received. At one of my orders I accidentally ordered the wrong size bike. I gave them a call and my order was instantly changed and delivered within a few days. Communication is excellent and the bikes are fabulous. We have the NRM C7, Munich, Hamburg and Moscow M3. My personal fav are the Munich and Hamburg as they have everything one needs: lights, guards, chain guard, rack, bell and a clamp lock on the back wheel. That lock saved my bike the other day when someone tried to steal it. They managed to break my lock that I had around the frame and bike rack, but they couldn’t deal with the clamp on the back wheel. Out of frustration, they dumped my bike in the next bushes and walked away with the display and the battery, which I had forgotten to properly lock in after charging. I was able to reorder the stolen parts through Leon bikes. Feeling lucky in an unlucky situation.”

“Hi the purchase of our bike in the Christmas period was very exciting when it arrived only 6 days after ordering it. Assembly was very fast and easy. We have ridden about 150km since the purchase with absolutely no issues . l would highly recommend these bikes.”

“I ordered some parts over one month ago and have still not received them? The shipping company could not locate a major university address and then quietly returned my shipment to the distributor without informing me. Essentially, I had to chase up the shipping company and then email Leon Cycles who then informed me I should chase it up with the shipping company. Confusing and disorganided. Over one month to get a delivery from Melbourne to Sydney and still waiting...”

“I ordered a bike rack for my bike for the Moscow Electric bike. The checkout would not allow me to add delivery address which was a post office collection. I emailed them immediately to amend my order and add delivery address and acknowledge it. Of course I heard nothing and it was delivered to my home address and just left by the front door in a tacky old box. When I opened the box, there was no invoice, instructions (not that they are really needed) and most importantly no screws to attach it to my bike! Now have to go to a hardware store to try and buy the right sized screws… At the price they charged, not good enough”

“I’m happy with the bike but it was assembled poorly by the guys in the shop. Gears were not adjusted, and were rough to change. There’s something not right with the brakes they are rough. When I accelerate, the electric motor now has a vibration. The suspension doesn’t lock. The bike only has 32km on it and I have to take it back. Disappointed!”

“Have just received my NCM Milano Plus. Was easy to assemble. Great to ride. Quality at a reasonable price. Some hiccups in the delivery process. No tracking from pickup in Melbourne. Some days in limbo caused me anxiety. Eventually tracking started. I didn't know if bike was in Victoria or WA. Then bingo tracking showed in Perth and loaded for delivery. I realize between covid and heavy workloads freight delays can happen but proper tracking from pickup at Leon would have saved me much anxiety. Heavy duty box was split open but no damage. I am enjoying this great bike.”

“I installed the DAS offroad kit and is not performing as I had expected. The throttle gives some drive without pedaling but the assistance drop of around 25km/h, no improvement on standard. As there were no install instructions so unsure if I missed something. I would appreciate someone to contact me to discuss. Cheers Adam. 0411155198.”
